Cyclophosphazene derivatives can be used as excellent flame retardants.Cyclophosphazene flame retardants are mainly divided into reaction type and additive type,and each has its own advantages.In this paper,two kinds of reactive cyclophosphazene flame retardants are 2,2,4,6-tetraphenyloxy.-4,6-di-p-carboxyphenoxy cyclotriphosphazene(TPDCPCP)and 2,4,6-triphenoxy-2,4,6-tri-p-carboxyphenoxy cyclotriphosphazene(TPTCPCP),And an additive cyclophosphazene flame retardant is six pairs of ethyl acetate phenoxy cyclophosphazene(PPCP),and their structure and flame retardant applications.The main research content is as follows:1.Reactive cyclophosphazene flame retardants can be grafted together with polymer materials through chemical reactions to achieve the purpose of improving compatibility with materials.In this paper,two reactive cyclophosphazene flame retardants,TPDCPCP and TPTCPCP,were designed and synthesized.They were used to react with epoxy resin to prepare intrinsic flame-retardant epoxy resin,and thermal properties of intrinsic flame-retardant epoxy resin were made.,Flame-retardant properties,hydrophobic properties and mechanical properties of the test,the results show that the intrinsic flame-retardant epoxy resin has good heat resistance and hydrophobicity,flame retardant level reached UL-94V0.2.In order to realize industrialization,it is necessary to simplify the experimental process and experimental conditions.Therefore,a new synthetic scheme was designed to synthesize a reactive cyclophosphazene flame retardant.In the reaction process,the carboxy sodium salt form was used to protect the carboxyl group.Hydrochloric acid was added to convert carboxy sodium to carboxyl at the end of the reaction.3.There are relatively few types of cyclophosphazene flame retardants currently on the market.A new type of cyclophosphazene flame retardant PPCP was designed and synthesized in this paper.This cyclophosphazene flame retardant was used for epoxy resin and PET.Flame retardant modification.The modified epoxy resin flame retardant rating reached UL94V-0;the modified PET flame retardant rating reached UL94V-1.
