Lignocellulose,as an important renewable energy,is a good raw material to replace petrochemical energy. However, lignocellulose structure is complex, and it is difficult to be degraded and utilized effectively. In order to solve this problem, the effective separation of lignocellulose components is achieved after lignocellulose pretreated with deep eutectic solvents in mild conditions, which lays a foundation for the efficient utilization of lignocellulose. The test results are summarized as follows:(1)The effective separation of lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose was achieved by pretreatment of lignocellulose with deep eutectic solvent. The most effective deep eutectic solvents and separation parameters were obtained through a pretreatment of 5 kinds of lignocellulose with 6 kinds of deep eutectic solvents respectively.Corncob pretreated with formic acid choline chloride(FaCh)has the best separation effect of lignocellulose composition.Furthermore, the process parameters of corncob pretreated with FaCh were optimized, and the optimal condition were:reaction time 120 min, temperature 115 ?,and the solid loading 10%.Under this condition, cellulose content in residue solid was 74.31%,removal rate of lignin was 81.49%,recovery rate of lignin is 78.18%,and hemicellulose was hydrolyzed completely.(2)The saccharification of residue cellulose and the influencing factors of saccharification were studied in this paper. The results showed that many factors such as three component content of residue and enzyme adsorption rate of residue cellulose all affect the saccharification yield.Under optimal conditions, the highest saccharification yield of cellulose reached 98.56%.(3)The preparation of 5-chloromethyl furfural(5-CMF)from cellulose was studied preliminarily, and the reaction parameters were optimized. The optimal condition were:reaction time 8 h,temperature 110 ?,and AlCl36H20:Cellulose(mole ratio)=1:1,under this condition,5-CMF yield was 39.98%.
