Nitrogen is a major element in industrial wastewater,it is usually in the form of organic nitrogen,ammonia,nitrate and nitrite nitrogen.At present,people mainly through the nitrification and denitrification reaction of activated sludge,so that the total nitrogen in sewage effluent from the body in the form of N2,and ultimately discharge standards.In this paper,the source and nature of the adipic acid wastewater,the sewage treatment plant and the effluent quality were analyzed at first.The study found that raw water C/N ratio serious imbalance,and higher nitrate content,resulting in high total nitrogen concentration.The existing process of adipic acid wastewater denitrification device is long and the treatment effect is not good,which can not achieve the discharge standard.In this paper,a short process of anaerobic denitrification+aerobic degradation of COD was designed.By controlling the reaction parameters such as pH,temperature and sludge concentration in the reaction tank,the efficiency of biological nitrogen removal under different conditions were analyzed.By increasing the concentration of external methanol carbon source,the final drainage index of less than 20 mg·L-1 of total nitrogen was reached.The main results of this study are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the water quality of adipic acid wastewater,the design process of denitrification short process was established to verify the denitrification effect of short-run anaerobic denitrification.The study found that by adjusting the methanol supplement,temperature,pH and other parameters can improve the efficiency of biological nitrogen removal,nitrogen removal efficiency of short-term process can reach 95%.2.The efficiency of nitrogen removal in short process is also affected by sludge concentration,hydraulic retention time and other factors.When the sludge concentration is increased to 5000 mg·L-1,and the hydraulic retention time reaches 48h,the total nitrogen concentration in sewage can be lower than the discharge standard.3.Short-range biological nitrogen removal of high concentrations of adipic acid wastewater treatment,the follow-up of muddy water problems such as the difficulty of highlighting.In this study,by adding PAM and into the MBR reactor measures,can effectively solve the second settling pond area is large,the treatment effect is poor and so on.4.This article also examines the anaerobic sludge tolerance of the total copper ion concentration.Under conditions of copper ions less than 2.5 mg·L-1,long-term domesticated microorganisms can effectively degrade total nitrogen without affecting treatment efficiency.The experimental results show that,for the high nitrogenous adipic acid wastewater,the biological nitrogen removal process of sewage is realized by the design,experiment and engineering implementation of the short-flow biological nitrogen removal process,so that TN<30 mg·L-1 in the drainage can be achieved.At the same time,effective degradation of COD to meet emission standards.In addition,MBR membrane bioreactor and PAM with flocculation effect were introduced to solve the problem of poor sedimentation of short-flow biological nitrogen-removal sludge.Finally,the domesticated sludge anti toxicity study of heavy metal copper ions,and achieved good results.
