Cinnamaldehyde in sterilization,bacteriostasis,fight ulcer,antiviral,anticancer has relatively good effect,but as a natural products,it's a big limits due to its bioavailability,stability,and poor water soluble a for further application.Using stimulus-responsive polymer materials as nanoparticles drug delivery system in recent years,attract much attention has been paid to the research because of the sensitive polymer controlled release and targeted,can reduce the biological toxicity,increase effectiveness,etc.Click chemistry has been widely used in organic chemistry and polymer chemistry because of its advantages of high reaction activity,high efficiency and mild condition.Therefore,in this paper,we take cinnamic aldehyde as a starting point,through the design three kinds of new type of acid sensitive respectively,light sensitive,enzyme sensitive monomer,by clicking on the chemical synthesis of some sensitive polymer,and the release of cinnamic aldehyde or other drug package deliver.This paper is divided into two parts:The first part,it based on cinnamaldehyde was synthesized with pH sensitive properties of acrylate and glycidyl ether monomers,and synthesized with UV sensitive properties dithiol monomer,dithiol monomer with ROS properties,and using Thiol Cilck chemistry to synthesis a series of stimulus-responsive polymer of UV/pH sensitivity,ROS/pH sensitivity and pH sensitivity were characterized,and their degradability was verified.The second part,it use poly(vinyl alcohol)induce some stimulus-responsive polymer based on cinnamic aldehyde to synthesis assemble nanoparticles,and the degradation of property and delivery property were characterized.In the same time,the polymer was modified into amphiphilic,and its self-assembly and drug loading and control release were investigated.
