Nowadays,due to the large amount of mineral exploitation,the mineral resources in our country are less and less.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the efficient use of resources,and the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction has become the most important task of our country.80% of coal consumption in China is used for raw coal combustion,mainly coal fired power plants.Therefore,improving the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal in coal-fired power plants is of great significance for energy saving policy.Because the furnace combustion is in a high temperature environment,it is difficult to directly measure the combustion of pulverized coal.Therefore,the existing power plants monitor and analyze the amount of O2 in the flue gas after combustion,and indirectly get the combustion situation of pulverized coal.However,O2 can only display the overall excess air coefficient.Compared to O2,CO as a product of incomplete combustion of pulverized coal,can reflect the situation of pulverized coal combustion,therefore,the implementation of online monitoring of high accuracy to reflect the combustion efficiency of the boiler is of great significance to the concentration of CO.This paper mainly focuses on the on-line monitoring of CO concentration in flue gas.Starting from the measurement technology of TDLAS,the on-line measurement of CO concentration in flue gas is carried out.Through theoretical analysis and experimental means to complete the TDLAS technology are investigated,and combined with the characteristics of power plant flue gas composition,absorption line center are selected for the measurement technology,and ultimately determine the laser wavelength of 2.3 m,with wavelength modulation method for mea surement.On the basis of the previous research,this research set up a TDLAS test bench in the laboratory,and completed the laser calibration and other related experiments.In view of the actual situation in the field,the design and processing of the me asurement system have been completed,and a complete set of CO on-line monitoring system has been completed.
