| In 2015,the state revised the environmental protection law.The emission standards of thermal power plant are clearly defined,and the work of reducing atmospheric emissions becomes very urgent and important in the construction and operation of thermal power plants.At the same time,the water Pollution Control action Plan promulgated April 2015 has made stricter demands on the wastewater containing the first type of pollutants in thermal power plant.The desulfurization of the 300 MW unit of Baotou first thermal power plant adopts limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process,the desulphurization system is not designed when the wastewater treatment system is considered,and only the solution of desulfurization wastewater is made.In order to implement the National ecological civilization construction work,meet the national and local environmental policy requirements,according to China Huaneng Group issued "China Huaneng Group Power Plant Wastewater emission control guidance",the desulfurization wastewater reaches the request of treatment or discharge,Baotou first thermal power plant has carried out the desulfurization wastewater system renovation,construction waste water treatment station,the Desulfurization Island wastewater is consolidated after the treatment,the water quality meets the "limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization wastewater quality control Standard" DJ/ T997-2006 Standard.This paper summarizes the process routes and characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization,and analyses the formation and water quality of limestone-gypsum wet FGD wastewater in thermal power plant.This paper introduces the process characteristics of heavy metals and suspended substances in desulfurization wastewater by chemical precipitation,and introduces the newest development of fluidized bed,precipitation-microfiltration method,etc.Taking the renovation of the desulfurization wastewater system in Baotou first thermal power plant as an example,the process of wastewater treatment is adopted by the mature chemical precipitation method.The feasibility analysis of the prophase transformation,the scheme selection,installation and implementation,after the operation of the investment efficiency,equipment operation condition,water quality monitoring and so on,at the same time to the automatic control and DCS system in the waste water system to focus on analysis,to achieve optimal control,to maximize energy-saving emission reduction,so that all pollutants discharge meet the standard requirements,improve the economic efficiency of operation。... |
