In order to reduce the pollution of exhaust direct emission,the non-ferrous metal smelting manufacturers have a batch of exhaust gas circulation system,which can transport exhaust gas to the cooling tower to dissolve absorption.In this system,the main purpose of anticorrosion fan is conveying gas.It appeared short-term extensive damage phenomenon in the process of the fan running.Although multiple manufacturers' fans are replaced,this phenomenon is not become well.Therefore,it is necessary to improve conventional anticorrosion fan to solve this problem.We investigated into the scene to application environment and running state of the anticorrosion fan,and gave further analysis to the cause of the damage of fan and the deficiency of anticorrosion fan combining with the fan structure.On the basis,we put forward the improved design scheme.For example,increased the bearing seat and anticorrosion on the whole structure,and connecting with the field performance,improved the design of blade,hub and gear reducer.We ensured the safe and efficient operation of the fan through the small kind model machine performance test and the whole machine commissioning test.Based on the damage causes of anticorrosion fan in the process of operation and environmental condition at the scene,we improved and designed the environment-friendly blowing anticorrosion fan,including the overall structural design,structural design of blade design,the wheel hub,the structure of the reducer and wheel hub corrosion protection cover structure design,as well as the small sample model machine performance test and the whole machine commissioning test,etc.(1)We used the bearing seat between fan wheel and gear reducer,which increased the length of output shaft,and increased the distance between the impeller and the foundation,reduced the impact to the blade,at the same time,it also avoided the impact to the impeller,but directly passed on to the reducer due to the unstable flow.(2)In order to meet the requirements for field use,we changed the blade structure to a bubble solid core structure instead of hollow structure.and sprayed the gel layer after increasing with the polyester cloth,then spray anticorrosion coatings three times to ensure the blade can have a long-term safe operation in the corrosive gas environment.(3)The wheel hub is changed from casting to double up and down clamping clamp structure,which has the advantages of easy installation and disassembly,convenient adjustment angle and high balance precision.(4)The reducer adopts the two-stage parallel helical gear transmission,the input shaft and the output shaft are in coaxial arrangement,so the structure is compact,and the operation is smooth.And the box body adopts the bucket structure to reduce the fan resistance as much as possible.(5)The hub anticorrosion mask has the characteristics of anticorrosion,light weight,small resistance and good airtight.It can effectively protect the metal wheel hub from the corrosion of acidic gas and prolong the service life of the hub.Finally,we have a small kind model machine performance test of the environment-friendly blowing anticorrosion fan.According to the test data,we mapped the small kind performance curve,and the conversion fan performance curve,we found that fan operation efficiency is as high as 82.9%,it is 5.9% higher than the original fan.The whole machine run smoothly,the noise,oil temperature and vibration of the fan all meet the standard.And it has been used now.
