With the increase of the operation time of the power plant,the deterioration of the gas turbine unit equipment is unavoidable.After the gas turbine has been running for a period of time,the combustion chamber may be damaged due to various reasons,the performance is deteriorating,or the overhaul period may be shortened or the unit life may be affected.However,at present,there are few power units that can analyze and test the operating status of the 6FA gas turbine.This project is mainly monopolized by GE.Domestic companies cannot independently control the operation of the gas turbine,and General Motors provides The relatively large amount of related service fees has brought about a certain economic burden on the power companies.Therefore,it is necessary to test and ensure the safe operation of the 6FA gas turbine.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the combustion performance of 6FA gas turbines.Mainly for Datang Jiangshan 6FA burning thermoelectric,first of all,according to the flame intensity of four flame detectors historical data analysis to determine the combustion of the combustion engine stability.When the flame intensity decreases or an abnormal increase occurs,the combustion chamber combustion instability should be considered.Secondly,the historical curve of NOx and CO emissions during the normal operation of the gas turbine is studied and analyzed,and the data is compared to obtain the gas turbine operation.The trend of the emission values is inferred to infer the combustion status of the gas turbine.Furthermore,historical data of the rose gas turbine exhaust gas is analyzed and the calculation of the gas turbine exhaust gas deflection angle is used to infer the gas turbine thermal channel work.The health status of the components,the location of hardware damage and damage is discovered in time,and finally,the temperature of the combustion chamber is used to analyze whether the Weber index is within the given range to ensure the life of the combustion chamber.In short,a reasonable analysis of the four indicators such as combustion stability,CO emissions,NOx emissions,and combustion pulsation for 6FA gas turbines is based on the four indicators to comprehensively judge the deterioration trend of combustion performance and formulate a response based on the actual situation on site.The strategy is to extend the unit maintenance interval and increase the unit operating life.In short,a reasonable analysis of the four indicators such as combustion stability,CO emissions,NOx emissions,and combustion pulsation for the 6FA gas turbine is based on the four indicators to comprehensively determine the deterioration trend of the combustion performance and formulate a response based on the actual situation of the site.The strategy is to extend the unit maintenance interval and increase unit life.
