Currently the demand of large-scale shaker is urgent,the large shaker can reduce equipment costs and increase economic efficiency.But with the large-sized shaker,the integral screening structure of existing large-scale vibration screening equipment can isolate the vibration generated by the vibration excitation conduction process prior to the foundation,not only exciting but also damping,the excitation and isolation form a contradiction.In order to solve this problem,This paper proposed a new shaker-mine with multi-stage shaker of application a established reverse resonance theory,application the kinematics theory of two degrees of freedom vibration systems,established a vibration mechanical model of energy-saving multi-stage mining shaker.It pointed out the amplitude ratio and the quality of the principle of two-stage screening reverse resonance vibration sieve relationship than by theoretical analysis.In the structural design of the new shaker,this paper used the modem mechanical design methodology through systematic analysis using a backpack exciter excitation,two degrees of freedom vibration,a "metal-rubber" combination spring connection and the connection quality of the vibration damping feet bearing system design,and the development of virtual prototypes.This paper proposed a new structural design for the effects of vibration on the key components of the screening effect-spring,the new structure Spring combines metal springs and rubber spring performance.In order to verify the combination of mechanical properties of springs,this paper did experimental test and verification,the experimental test verified that the mechanical properties of the combination spring.The paper verified the validity of the theory and structure,energy saving and effect of reducing the transmission of vibrations to the ground for a shaker machine.Mine with multi-stage shaker achieve energy saving and efficient research goals by Testing and verifying.
