| Because shearer is always in complex vibration in the actual production working,Coal mining shearer vibration characteristics has direct impact on the working life and performance.With MG500/1180 shearer as the research object,using the single variable method,shearer drum vertical and axial load under different coal and rock hardness,traction speed and shearer axial load under different coal and rock hardness,traction speed under chamfering condition were solved by using the method of numerical analysis.This paper relies on the national development and Reform Commission Energy Center major projects "Research on theory and key technology of high-end comprehensive mechanized mining equipment",Provide the basis for vibration characteristics analysis of coal mining machine.Vertical direction,lateral dynamics model of shearer were established by using finite element method.With vertical and axial load under different coal and rock hardness,traction speed as external excitation,vibration characteristics of shearer under lateral、vertical direction and chamfering condition were obtained.The results show that coal and rock hardness,traction speed have big influence on vertical and axial load of drum.The greater of coal and rock hardness and traction speed are,the greater the load are,the greater the load fluctuate.The greater of lateral and vertical direction vibration of shearer,the greater the impact of vibration increases.The lateral vibration of fuselage,rear rocker arm and posterior drum is cyclical changes.The drum of shearer has the biggest vibration as the connection of drum and coal and rock.Shearer ranging arm in vertical direction was simplified for flexible beam model.Functional relationship of lift angle of shearer ranging arm、radial stiffness and increased cylinder was established.Vibration characteristics of shearer under different lift angles were obtained.The results show that lift angle have big influence on vertical vibration characteristic of front drum and rocker arm.The smaller lift angle is,the greater vertical vibration and impact of front drum and rocker arm are.Three dimensional model of shearer was established by using Pro/E software.The friction between the scraper conveyor and slipper、rocker arm and pin.The constraints of pin and scraper conveyor is established in workbench software.The 16 modals of shearer are obtained.The natural frequency of 16 modals are solved.The scope of natural frequency is 6.2111Hz-111.87Hz. |
