Within the screening workshop,the induced wind flow produces because of the edge of vibrating screen imperfectly seals up and the huge gap between the top coal and shale shaker,it causes dust spraying to the workshop,which leads dust concentration exceeding bid badly in the workshop,and seriously threatening the safety of coal mine production and miner’s life safety and health,therefore,dust pollution governed in screening workshop,which is of great significance.On the basis of the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,and the Euler-Lagrange method,the numerical simulation of the dissipation rule of the dust in the screening workshop is uses with Fluent for dust concentration distribution.On the basis of theoretical research of the atomization mechanism and fracture model,the distribution characteristics of droplet size is simulated to choose a suitable pressure of the spray nozzle,and get a dust rendering after spraying.Combined with the actual situation,applied the research in Datang Xilinhaote mining company screening workshop,for dust dissipation rule of different producing dust location,the text will reasonably sets spraying locations and the number of nozzles to control dust pollution problem,and calculate the dust efficiency above 90%of the high pressure spray system to prove the effectiveness of this design.
