Deep hole blasting is a kind of blasting technology which developed in the last century in the 50's of the last century.The main use of a short yard into a well,while the large section of the high court is often used to blasting into a well,this way has the advantages of safe,efficient,low cost and so on.When the method is used to be a well,a plurality of blasting holes are drilled,along the entire height of the yard,from the bottom to the top of the hole,and the sub-charging or a charge blasting into the well.Although deep hole blasting method has a great advantage over common law,it is not widely used in our country.The reason is because the geological conditions of the mine,the size of the open yard,and the specifications of the yard,can not choose the reasonable cutting method and other related parameters,which are difficult to meet the needs of the project.According to the study status of deep hole blasting a well drilling technology and Inner Mongolia Quanshan gold project needs,on the 5 hole layout,the center hole and the hole edge,high and high charge ranging,with layered center hole and side hole blasting at the same time four well into systematic and in-depth study and initiation interval.Mainly adopting ANSYS/LS-DYNA3 D three-dimensional nonlinear dynamic finite element software,each of the four wells mode were studied by numerical simulation,obtained at different times after blasting stress nephogram,analysis and comparison of different blasting parameter wells under the effect,as well as optimization scheme,choose the most economical and reasonable scheme the industrial test and test results show that: the same hierarchical center hole and side hole ranging from wells into high charge interval initiation,to solve a small section of the day(slip)wells deep hole blasting into a rock in the process of well clamping problems have very good effect,and reduces the single section blasting,avoid the blasting vibration caused by excessive gob roof collapse or roadway roof surrounding rock loose,resulting in the collapse of production delays,and other workers were injured.
