In order to conduct the test of EME characteristics of load composed coal and rock deformation and fracture and analyze EME characteristics,this paper mainly focus on two tasks,one is improving coal and rock EME acquisition system.Developed broadband and dot frequency omnidirectional antenna with small size,wide frequency band and good receiving performance suitable for laboratory test.Use DSP as data acquisition core processor instead of MCU and ARM to improve the acquisition speed and processing ability.Another is optimizing coal and rock EME processing algorithm.Shaped Improved Wavelet Threshold(IWT)denoising algorithm and put it together with Adaptive Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(AEEMD)to denoise coal and rock EME signals.Use the AEEMD-IWT-FFT algorithm to analyze the amplitude spectrum and power spectrum of EME signals.In order to verify the practicality and superiority of acquisition system and signals processing algorithm,respectively use MATLAB make simulation experiment on AEEMD,IWT and AEEMD-IWT.Make test on electromagnetic radiation signal acquisition,de-noising and spectrum analysis in the laboratory.Make load composed rock and coal EME characteristic test in coal and rock mechanics laboratory.The results show that new EME collection system can effectively collect electromagnetic radiation signal.AEEMD-IWT de-noising algorithm can effectively remove the noise of high SNR and low SNR EME signal,the de-noising effect to dot frequency is better.The collecting system,the AEEMD-IWT denoising algorithm and the AEEMD-IWT-FFT spectrum analysis algorithm can be used for coal-rock EME characteristics study.The study is of significant meaning in rock and coal dynamic disasters and guaranteeing mine safety production.
