Belt conveyor is widely used in China,however,most of the belt conveyors used in high efficiency and high efficiency mines have been imported from abroad,and the import price of the whole machine is very expensive compared with the domestic price,which is more than 2 times that of similar products.Therefore,long distance,large bandwidth,large volume,high power is the future development trend.The research of the belt conveyor for the bandwidth of 1800mm telescopic conveyor,the length of 6550m,transmission capacity of 4200t/h,power of 3*800KW+3*800KW,improve the design level of domestic belt conveyor,studied the stress analysis and the calculation of the stiffness of the key parts of the telescopic conveyor,and optimize the key components.Firstly,the stress analysis of the transmission frame is made to optimize the structure under the condition of normal use;Secondly,the finite element analysis of roller and roller bearing life calculation were carried out,then reduced the drum tension,and the utility model was designed to run safely and reliably,with high strength and light weight;Thirdly,the strength calculation,stress analysis and optimization of the side frame of the storage belt bin and the tensioning device were carried out;The connection of the roller frame was optimized,and the "U" type bolt was directly clamped on the middle frame,the installation was convenient,and the number of the down roller was reduced.Finally,the energy consumption of conveyor belt was analyzed,the experimental analysis method is used to obtain the pressure drop resistance of the conveyor belt,which provides the basis for the selection of the conveyor belt and the identification and prediction of the restoring force.The research results are of great significance to improve the transportation characteristics of large bandwidth and long distance conveyor and reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor.
