Precast concrete precast structure is in the ascendant,which is the current hot spot.However,the early strength of precast concrete is low,resulting in low turnover of mold,which affects the production efficiency and economic benefits,and restricts the application of precast concrete components.Steam curing is one of the most commonly used technologies to improve the early strength of concrete,but there are harmful gas emissions and waste energy consumption.under such circumstances,research on early strength technology of precast concrete,especially early strength early strength agent,will improve the efficiency of building industrialization,and greatly reduce the energy consumption in the process of industrialization;In addition,with the increase of concrete strength,its shrinkage cracking has become a hot spot in the field of concrete research at home and abroad,at the same time,it is also one of the problems.The engineering and academic circles usually adopt the measures of adding additives in concrete to improve the performance of concrete.In the research process,firstly,the performance of promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent is tested,which has little influence on the setting time and water consumption of the mortar,and promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent does not have a bad influence on the normal construction operation of the mortar,or the influence is negligible.Then in the mortar,the strength,shrinkage and steam curing effect of the mortar were studied by different dosage of 15%,20%and 25%strong reducing agent,Determined the optimal dosage of 20%.Based on the dosage of promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent in mortar,this paper studied the experimental research in concrete,and obtained a lot of test data by comparing the base test of C30 concrete and c50 grade concrete with the tested test.it can be seen that the strength reducing agent has a promoting effect on the strength of concrete,and has a certain restraining effect on shrinkage,and can shorten the steam curing time when the steam curing system reaches the same strength.You can try to apply the verification in the prefabricated components.In the actual production and application of prefabricated components,the mature proportion is added to promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent.according to the actual production process,the steam curing part is improved,in the new process and new proportion,the strength of the test block and rebound hammer are used to test the strength of the concrete;Check the shrinkage with the appearance size of the finished product.The conclusion is that the strength is increased,the strength of the increase can reduce the steam curing time of the component,the size of the tube is in line with the requirements.The purpose of this study is promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent in precast concrete components.through the data analysis and results of a large number of experiments,the promote strong shrinkage-reducing agent can accelerate the reduction of the precast concrete members,reduce steam curing time and even avoid steam curing.in the actual production,the product size error is small,and the size of precast members is more standardized.the on-site assembly dimensions fully meet the design requirements,the strength ensures the strength of the components,and reduces the waste of energy.
