Polyethylene pipe is a good ductility,excellent physical properties,relatively stable material properties,high material cleanliness,anti-aging,low production costs,the use of long duration,low maintenance costs during the trial period,easy construction,special work Conditions of construction is simple,simple assembly,and many other advantages of water distribution materials,drinking water distribution system in the living,polyethylene pipe is the highest utilization rate of today,the most widely used medium circulation pipe.In the current design and installation of the construction industry in the design and use of polyethylene pipe in daily drinking water distribution pipelines in the popularity has reached universal coverage.This article is intended to expand the theory of pipe failure analysis and life expectancy in the field of polyethylene pipe test research to avoid the potential safety hazard and property damage in the water supply system that may be caused by the failure of polyethylene pipe in production and life.In this study,polyethylene pipe material with universality and adaptability was chosen as the research object.According to the interrelationship between the two parts of failure analysis and life expectancy and the progressive relationship,the experiment was divided into two stages.All tests are based on the corresponding national product standards GB/T 13663-2000 involved in the test items,and the effect of chlorine combined with the iMPact of the design experiment.The first phase of the test,after a series of test results to analyze the failure mechanism of polyethylene pipe,focusing on the analysis of key influencing factors,and to quantify the iMPact of factors to prepare for the later life model.After hydrostatic strength duration test,the effects of three factors,including temperature,test pressure and effective chlorine content in test environment on the life of tubing were analyzed,and the influence of each factor on the failure mechanism of tubing was analyzed to evaluate the failure of tubing s reason.In the second stage,hydrostatic test results of three-factor variables of different temperature environment,water medium pressure and available chlorine in water were cited in the second stage.After enough experimental samples and data were collected,the data were processed,summarized and summarized.In the field of genetics,this paper innovatively adopts BP neural network algorithm in genetics field,selects BP neural network method in genetics category of mathematical statistics,performs mathematical calculations based on the above three factors,and fits the result curve of three factors and rationally allocates the weight of each single factor And threshold.In terms of error calculation,based on the theory of traditional mechanics failure,the life value is calculated,and then the precision calculation is performed to get the applicability of the method for life prediction of polyethylene pipe BP neural network.Combined with the method of predicting the service life of polyethylene pipe obtained in this study,the actual life expectancy of the pipe is predicted according to the actual needs of the specific project.
