The rubber dam is a kind of low water head retaining structure,mainly composed of dam foundation,middle pier,dam bag and anchoring,etc.,as well as some parts including water filling(gas)and control system.The state council issued " The Ten-measure Action Plan to Tackle Water Pollution " decree to emphasize the role of control water projects in improving water quality.The traditional water conservancy project is gradually developing towards the ecological water industry,and the Wangjiawan rubber dam is a important controlled water conservancy project after the Hun River enters shenyang.Therefore,based on the analysis of Wangjiawan rubber dam has great potential to improve water quality of scheduling,on the basis of the basic scheduling scheme based on the traditional flood irrigation,making scheduling scheme aiming at water quality of the rubber dam is particularly important.This paper aims to optimize the dispatching mode of the Wangjiawan rubber dam,so as to improve the water quality,reduce the pollution concentration of downstream pollutants,and buffer the potential value of sewage disposal.The main research contents and research results are as follows:(1)Interpolation results of the seven on the big cross section,the research area of terrain elevation data,almost of the hydrodynamic and water quality of the construction of mathematical model is set up,choose DHI MIKE 21 commercial software of hydrodynamic(HD)and ecological laboratory module(Eco Lab)to establish 2 d visualization model in the study area and verify the accuracy of the model can meet the requirements of simulation.(2)Consider the function of rubber dam’s original flood control and its structural constraints.Recalculate the relationship between the discharge and scheduling,select Wangjiawan rubber dam five kind of scheduling as alternative:namely,seven across overflow,seven across discharge,south bank of 1#and 2#across concentrated discharge and 1#or 2#cross concentrated discharge,solutions can meet the irrigation period and flood season Q<606m3/s and scheduling,the vast majority of the situation of water quality and a once-in-a-century flood discharge requirements.(3)The typical flow is simulated the flow field and water quality in the last analysis,the flow field:rubber dam in seven across different drum overflow dam with seven full collapse flow under the two kinds of schemes,transverse and longitudinal velocity is more uniform,and centralized discharge performance of the dam disturbed flow area and circulation after the dam area,and has a large transverse velocity component.Water quality field:the concentration field of water quality indexes is very large in the water flow field.The concentration field of COD index and NH3-N index showed a more consistent two-dimensional distribution.(4)The design of different water flow rate,contrast under different working conditions,a total of 14 kinds of cutting section downstream of COD and NH3-N indexes of cut and cutting rate,found that when the flow of Q=100m3/s,cut rates by for seven overflow dam across the drum is the most important,seven section full dam discharge>seven section collapsed dam discharge>single concentrated discharge>double concentrated discharge.When the flow rate is greater than Q=200m3/s,the reduction rate of the lower cross section index concentration under the three centralized discharge modes is the anti-superwide cross-collapse dam.When to increase traffic,mainly because of the influence of residence time,concentration of all scheduling scheme under the two water quality index of rate cuts will fall,which all across the discharge plan maximum reduction rate affected by traffic,COD index reduction rate affected by flow rate is larger than NH3-N index.(5)To design different flow concentration of pollutants,water quality simulation under the same traffic pollution load of rubber dam scheduling ability discovery:no matter under what kind of pollutant load,the cross section of the pollutant reduction rate is always the seven section full biggest;But as the concentration of pollutants increases,so does the reduction of pollutants.Under the same scheduling mode,the pollution load increases,the regulation ability has a small decrease,and the reduction rate of NH3-N index is greater than that of COD.However,the impact of scheduling scheme on reduction rate is far greater than that of pollution load.(6)The effect of reducing effluent discharge port on river water quality is proposed by using wangjiawan rubber dam,and three kinds of opening ways of a total of 12 kinds of different working conditions,the size of the statistics of the damage zone.Simulation results show that seven section overflow or all fall discharge,sewage outlet position setting under the dam or dam,dilute after discharge of the wastewater degradation,river center discharge is superior to the shore.In the case of concentrated flow discharge,the discharge of the four drainage sites is better than that of the dam,and the drainage of the central water under the dam will produce a large area of the elliptic pollution zone,which should be avoided.In all working conditions,the minimum amount of pollution zone is 1.2×10-2km2,under the combination of the discharge position of the central river and the distribution of rubber dam.(7)Define the concept of rubber dam tonality.The comprehensive reduction potential η is used as a quantifiable quantitative indicator.On the premise that the upstream inflow pollution load is unchanged,the smaller the flow upstream,the greater the potential for the maximum reduction.Maximum comprehensive reduction potential ηmaxi =1.51%.Comprehensive reduction potential eta value is not with the pollution load has obvious changes,it shows that when the pollutant concentration in the range of self-purification,the amount of pollutant concentration change is proportional to the concentration of background index,and the scheduling to the adjustability of the relationship between does not change.
