| Vegetarian diet has springing up all over the world.With various food safety problems,environmental problems and animal rights problems brought by animal husbandry,more and more college students choose vegetarian diet.However,in the diet life of the school,the basic facilities of vegetarian diet selection and nutritional support are not perfect.The lack of nutritious eating habits among young people is a threat to the health of vegetarian youth.In this regard,based on the use of service design and nutrition intervention theory to promote vegetative diet of vegetarian college students,based on the existing dietary patterns of vegetarian youth,this paper summarizes the problems and opportunities,and combines the case analysis of service design involving campus diet and nutrition guidance,and obtains service design to intervene in colleges and universities.The enlightenment and research direction of vegetarian service system.The research work is carried out by means of preliminary and depth survey,questionnaire survey,interview method,role experience and so on,with the help of tutor topic,vegetarian public related organization platform and vegetarian related activities.According to the preliminary investigation,it is found that most young vegetarian youth are in the initial period and adaptation period of vegetarian food,and they are summed up as 4 types of typical users according to the eating behavior of vegetarian youth.There are many problems in the initial and adaptation period of vegetarian food,but they also interfere with the habit of nourishment and diet.A good time.Through the research on the stakeholders of vegetarian food service providers such as vegetarian youth,canteen and restaurant,the demand points and key points are summarized.The positive role of vegetarian public organizations in vegetarian youth groups in Colleges and universities is also found in the investigation.Finally,it combines the intervention theory of camping and WOOP action cards.In order to promote the habit,the design principles and Strategies of vegetative intervention service system for vegetative young people in Colleges and universities,as well as the design strategy of vegetative diet normalization are put forward.This principle and strategy have guidance and reference for the diet service of vegetarian young people in Colleges and universities. |
