| With the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the living standard of the people has been gradually improved,the discharge of urban sewage has also increased,and the water quality of urban sewage has also changed significantly.When the city sewage treatment plant is designed,it can only be designed and selected according to the data of the water and water quality of the city sewage,which greatly affects the selectivity of the optimal treatment process.At the same time,because of the change and adjustment of the industrial structure of each city,because of the lack of influence on the water quality of the industrial enterprises,the location of the new sewage plant and the location of the work can be affected to a certain extent.Energy saving and consumption reduction of a country,an industry and a sewage plant must keep the standards,with the increase of sewage treatment rate,the energy consumption of sewage treatment will also become more and more.The high energy consumption and high cost of sewage treatment also cause many local sewage treatment plants to be "built up,unable to afford"(such as undeveloped areas of economy)or long idle,or open and stop.Therefore,to make the sewage treatment plant out of the dilemma,it is possible to complete the treatment efficiency,reduce the consumption and save the cost.The sewage treatment plant’s mission ensures its sustainable development at the same time.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes to collect the data of import and export monitoring data from the sewage treatment plant of various administrative areas of the city in recent years,to analyze and explore the characteristics of the city’s water quality,to deduce the sewage treatment process suitable for the city,to analyze the influence of the industrial structure adjustment on the discharge of sewage and to put forward a mathematical model.The ability and efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal are improved step by step.The subject selected 16 sewage treatment plants covering all administrative areas in Guangzhou,the annual average concentration of three major indexes,such as COD,NH3-N and TP,as well as 1 sewage treatment plants of 2 typical administrative regions(the number of industrial enterprises decreasing or increasing year by year)in the 12 years,each quarter of PH,COD,NH3-N,TP and so on 9.The index monitoring data are comprehensively analyzed,and the ASM2 D mathematical model is used for the simulation calculation.1.The characteristics of municipal sewage water quality: the concentration of COD before treatment is basically maintained between 200-300mg/L,and the change range is small,but in the two years of 2009 and 2010,the average concentration peak is reached,after 2011,the trend is basically declining year by year;The concentration of NH3-N before treatment is basically maintained between 15-19mg/L,and the concentration change is not significant,After 2006 reaching the peak of annual average concentration of the city in 2007,the trend was obviously declining year by year since 2007;The concentration of TP before treatment was larger,the regularity was not obvious,the trend of the 8 years from 2007 to 2013 was higher year by year.After 2014,the concentration fell down;The ratio of C/N and C/P was 15.83 and 79.66,respectively.It indicates that the carbon source in the city’s sewage is relatively adequate,which can guarantee the need for denitrification.2.Through statistical analysis,it can be concluded that the most suitable sewage treatment technology in Guangzhou area is "improved A2/O process".3.the average annual concentration of NH3-N,TP,LAS,plant and plant oil and oil in a sewage plant increased after 2009,and the annual average concentration of NH3-N project in the sewage plant of B was obviously decreased,indicating that the industrial development and migration of Guangzhou city had a more direct and obvious effect on the effluent quality.4.Combined with the process parameters of a sewage treatment plant in the last two years,through the simulation of ASM2 D mathematical model,it is suggested that the refining,mechanization,information and upgrading of wastewater treatment process(such as MBR,CMF and SMF)can be improved and the capacity and efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal are improved. |
