The magnetic loss of amorphous alloys is much smaller than that of silicon steel,and permeability and iron loss are better than those of silicon steel.They are widely used in electrical devices such as transformers,inductors,transformers and so on.This research is based on the 1K101 strip produced by Antai technology company,the FeSiBC strip produced by Hitachi Metals Ltd and the FeSiBCP strip produced by Intelligent Electrical Research Institute of North China Electric Power University,Yangzhong as the research object.Three kinds of high performance iron-based amorphous alloy strip preparation and soft magnetic properties and mechanical properties of comparative analysis has important significance for the industrial production of materials and engineering applications.Firstly,the Fe83Si2B11C1P3 strip was prepared by single roll method.The working process and working mechanism of the sprayed belt machine and the opening machine were emphatically analyzed and discussed.The effects of the crucible,nozzle,copper roller and temperature on the quality and thickness of the strip were also studied.Then,the X-ray diffraction analysis was used to verify that the structure of the strip was amorphous,and the range of heat treatment process of the strip was obtained by differential scanning calorimeter.By the vibrating sample magnetometer,B-H DC,AC impedance analyzer respectively express the soft magnetic properties of three kinds of test strips.Then it draws the following conclusions:with the increase of temperature,three strip coercivity and iron loss decreased first and then increased,the saturation magnetic induction of effective permeability presents first increased and then decreased.Fe78Si9B-3,Fe82Si2B14P2 and Fe83Si2B11P1C3 all reflect the soft magnetic properties of higher Bs and magnetic permeability,lower iron loss and lower coercive force.The hysteresis loop of the strip was obtained by the AC B-H meter,and the relationship between the iron loss and the excitation frequency was studied.Then the magnetic domain was observed by the magneto-optical Kerr microscope,and the correlation between the soft magnetic properties and the micro structure of the surface magnetic domain was established.Finally,the fracture surface of the bending material was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The shear band was found on the side of the fracture,and the stripe pattern appeared on the fracture surface.The conclusion that the ductile to brittle transition of the three kinds of strip fracture surfaces was obtained.Annealed at a certain temperature,the ductile brittle transition will occur,and finally the brittleness will appear.The specific reason can be explained by the relaxation effect of structure on the internal free volume of the alloy.By means of bending,the production of shear band of amorphous strip improves the plastic deformation ability of strip.It is known that plasticity will also increase to some extent when strip is bent into iron core.
