The realization of the zero emission of desulfurization wastewater is one of the most important problems in the power plant.Using flue gas to evaporate the desulfurization wastewater is an important measure to realize the zero discharge of the desulfurization wastewater.Atomization of air by using air blast atomizer can achieve good atomization effect.Tiny droplets will absorb heat quickly and evaporate in flue,and then the impurities in desulfurized waste water will be discharged together with the smoke and dust,so as to achieve zero discharge.In this paper,the mechanism of the breakage and evaporation of droplets in the spray field is explained in detail.The wind tunnel test rig was built based on the spray evaporation system.The Sauter mean diameter was measured by laser particle size analyzer as an index to evaluate the atomization performance.The paper measured the influence of three key factors(compressed air pressure,liquid flow rate and hot air temperature)on the spray evaporation characteristics of droplet particles experimentally,and then analyzed the droplet spray evaporation process based on the experimental results.In addition,this paper uesd FLUENT software’s discrete phase(DPM)model to simulate the atomization and evaporation of droplets,and then chose sub-model of WAVE model and air-blast-atomizer model.The simulation results agree with the experiment results well,which could verify the correctness of model selection.Finaly,the evaporation of the droplets in the spray field and the effect of different pressure,flow and wind temperature on the evaporation rate are calculated. |
