Design And Implementation Of Safety Early Warning Management System For Railway Crossing

China railway into an era of high speed,National travel convenient and quick,But the dense network also brings many safe hidden trouble.Traditional monitoring mode has been unable to ensure the safety of the crossing,Both from real-time monitoring of the system and its cost,To build a high performance-price ratio,can real-time feedback information monitoring system is particularly important.Nowadays embedded technology is developing rapidly.streaming media is widely used.All of these crossing technology basis is provided for design of real-time monitoring and control system.Most cities have the existence of railway crossing,and the railway crossing is not only in the middle of the railway,so the safety management of the railway crossing is very important,In particular,some railway crossings with high traffic volume and traffic flow are located.In this paper,a railway crossing radar early warning security system is designed and developed.The monitoring technology is used to monitor the data information in real time and transmit to the computer system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)To determine the overall framework of the safety protection system.The video monitoring system mainly consists of the network HD camera and the protection unit,the hard disk video equipment,the night light system and so on.It can monitor and manage the whole road all weather all weather,and ensure the safety of the crossing.(2)The software function modules of the system are analyzed and designed in detail,with the emphasis on multi-function modules such as the collection of video monitoring and video monitoring and analysis.The design of each function in the system adopts modular programming method,so that the stability and reliability of the system can be guaranteed.The C/S mode is used to determine the network architecture,and the software architecture of the system developed and designed is clearly defined.The system architecture is built according to the user interface layer,logical processing layer and data management layer,and the ASP.NET technology is used as the development language to design.The main function of the railway crossing radar early warning security system is realized.The data produced in the system operation process uses the SQL Server 2012 database for storage and management.(3)The use of SQL Server database as a storage tool,at the same time the large amount of video information,the need to use the paradigm theorem to check the redundancy of the system,better to deal with and set up the part.In the development process,we use the optimization algorithm and index,and we can quickly find and use the database to meet the needs of users.(4)The system has function modules such as automatic license plate recognition,data monitoring,networking control and automatic fault detection,vehicle information inquiry and so on.The realization of a series of functions provides a guarantee for the safety monitoring of crossing.The early warning and safety protection system for railway crossings developed in this paper has been commissioned.The test system runs well,combined with video surveillance images and data,and greatly improves the capability of the current railway crossing radar early warning security and protection system.The development and design of the safety warning management system of railway crossing can provide reference for the construction of similar systems.
