Food is one of the basic substances that human beings depend on for their survival and development.As food is easily be contaminated in the process of production,processing,storage and transportation,it may be polluted by some poisonous and harmful substances,which makes the quality of food unsafety.Therefore,to strengthen monitoring of contaminants in food is of great significance for ensuring food safety and promoting human health.In this paper,some new magnetic nanomaterials and deep eutectic solvent systems have been synthesized which were used in the separation and enrichment of some pollutants?including heavy metals,plant growth regulators,etc.?in wine and edible oil samples,and it combines spectral analysis,liquid chromatography and other analytical techniques to build new technologies for pollutants analysis in food.The main research results are as follows:1.Using tetraethyl orthosilicate as a silicon source,cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as a pore forming agent,and A-1160 as an amino silanylation reagent,a magnetic nanomaterial with nuclear shell structure,Fe3O4@SiO2@m-SiO2-NH2 were synthesized by solvothermal method,and applied to the separation of lead in different matrix wine.On this basis,a new analytical method for heavy metal lead in wine was established by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry.The method had a good linear relationship?R2=0.9976?,and the detection limit was 0.025 mg/L,which was applied to the analysis of real samples,and the result was satisfactory.2.Six DES systems were successfully prepared by mixing choline chloride as a hydrogen-bond acceptor with acetic acid,glucose,glycol,thiourea and so on as a hydrogen-bond donor respectively.The simultaneous extraction and enrichment of five kinds of plant growth regulators,such as Indole-3-acetic acid?IAA?,abscisic acid?ABA?,Thidiazuron?TDZ?,1-Naphthylacetic acid?NAA?and forchilorfenuron?KT-30?were systematically discussed.The results showed that the deep eutectic solvent system of choline chloride and acetic acid was better.The detection limit of five plant growth regulators were decreased by 225,66,100,50 and 200 times respectively after extraction.A new method for simultaneous analysis of the above five plant growth regulators in edible oil was established based on high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet analysis.The linear correlation coefficients of five plant growth regulators were 0.9997,0.9998,0.9997,0.9995 and 0.9995,respectively,and the recovery rates were in the range of 70.53-102.20%.The established method can be applied to monitor five plant growth regulators in edible oil samples at the same time.3.Two DES systems were successfully prepared by mixing lidocaine as a hydrogen-bond acceptor with n-Caprylic acid and octanol as a hydrogen-bond donor respectively.The effects of simultaneous extraction and enrichment of three heavy metals including lead,chromium and cadmium in wine were systematically discussed.The results showed that the deep eutectic solvent system of lidocaine and octanol was better.A new method for the simultaneous analysis of three kinds of heavy metals in wine was constructed by selecting lidocaine-octanol deep eutectic solvent system combined with inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy.After the enrichment and elution of three heavy metals,and the recovery rate was in the range of 76-110%.The established method can be applied to monitor three kinds of metals in wine samples.
