Study On Catalytic Oxidation Method For Oil Waste Water With CAX Composite Coagulator

CNOOC oil produced water is a kind of oil waste water,it is a large concentration and easy to value in use into water pollution to water resource.This study is about the treatment of oil waste water,is conduced in two parts.In part one,the first aim at studying coagulation treatment.The material of CAX composite coagulator included fly ash,flue ash and Al_2??SO43.In part two,handling the oil waste water with catalytic oxidation method.The oxidizer is H₂O₂,the catalyst is FeSO₄·7H₂O.This study is base on COD_Cr and oil content as the index of water quality,through the comparison to the orthogonal experimental design to find the optimal reaction condition.Effect on the coagulation effect of understanding of the various parameters change.The optimum reaction condition was obtained through the study of coagulation,the proportion of CAX is 4.5:4.5:1,Pam dosage of 20 mg per 25 milliliter,pH is 6 to8,CAX dosage of 2 mg per 25 milliliter,reaction time is 7 minutes.The optimum reaction condition was obtained through the study of catalytic oxidation method:pH is 5,H₂O₂?30%?dosage of 15 milliliterper 200 milliliter,FeSO₄·7H₂O?10%?dosage of 1 milliliterper 200 milliliter,reaction time is 32 hours.In this paper,CAX composite coagulants made from aluminum sulfate,boiler flue ash and fly ash were selected to find the best coagulation conditions for CAX coagulation.Study of pH,o-phenyenediamine,reaction time,CAX composition proportion of oil waste water purification process,the influence of oxidation process by orthogonal experiment the best results,the research affects the condition of oxidation treatment.Catalytic oxidation method for oil waste water with CAX composite coagulator has good treatment result to the containing waste water.It is simple,using waste to waste water,so it is certainly has wide market.
