Non-renewable energy such as fossil dried up,the rise of new energy vehicles,commercial lithium ion battery has been widely used in all aspects of daily life,we explore the lithium ion battery is focused on the structure stability,long cycle life,small pollution to the environment.The silicon material in the battery cathode material has the highest theoretical specific capacity,low pollution to the environment,and abundant in the earth,is considered to be one of the most promising material of lithium ion battery.However,it still exists an obvious disadvantage,because in the process of charging and discharging volume expansion,limiting its commercialization process,achieve good performance in practical application is still a great challenge.Was synthesized by the method of simple cherimoya Si @ mNOC porous composite material,its internal space can accommodate silicon in the process of charging and discharging volume expansion,outside the carbon shell can improve the conductivity and can prevent the SEI film rupture,greatly improve the electrochemical performance of silicon materials.At the same time,we through the silica nanoparticles are coated by a layer of dopamine hydrochloride,under the catalysis of catalyst cobalt acetate,by high temperature calcination,form the nitrogen oxygen doped carbon coated porous silicon nanometer composite material.
