| In the “13th Five-Year Plan” dyeing industry development plan,it is pointed out that vigorously promoting cleaner production and accelerating the elimination of outdated production capacity,many small dyeing enterprises still use traditional dyeing equipment due to shortage of funds,and they are about to be eliminated.At present,traditional dyeing equipment adopts the principle of circular cylinder dyeing on the market,which has the disadvantages of low work efficiency,large bath ratio,waste of dye,and serious water pollution.The new air flow dyeing machine is inconsistent with the needs of small dyeing companies due to its high cost,complicated system and high maintenance cost.In this paper,based on the principle of gas-liquid two-phase atomization,an atomizing dyeing equipment is proposed.On the one hand,this equipment uses the principle of atomized spray dyeing,has the advantages of saving dyes,reducing sewage discharge,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.;on the other hand,it has solved the cost saving of small dyeing companies due to its simple structure.The equipment is a new type of dyeing equipment with a high level of automation,a large spray range,and the ability to realize double-sided dyeing of fabrics.It is suitable for small-scale dyeing companies that produce large quantities of products.The overall research contents are as follows:The factors affecting the atomization effect are analyzed through the Tushan-Pengze formula.The atomization nozzles were analyzed for different types and the external mixing type gas-liquid two-phase atomization nozzle was selected.The movement law of the gas in the nozzle flow channel was studied,and the influencing factors of the gas flow rate and flow rate at the outflow end of the nozzle were obtained.The COMSOL software was used to simulate the external mixing gas-liquid two-phase atomization nozzle structure parameters,and the optimal atomization nozzle structure parameters were determined through simulation.The shape of the gas flow path was firstly vertical and backward,and the gas-liquid injection hole was higher than the gas injection.Hole 0.4mm,gas flow path angle is 90°,gas flow path hole diameter D2 is 4mm,horizontal width h is 0.25mm;use ANSYS CFX software to optimize the plate and the homogenization plate simulation optimization,when the uniform gas plate aperture is 2mm,when the homogenizer plate has a pore size of 1mm,the effect of the homogenizing and homogenizing is best.The overall structure design of the atomizing spray dyeing equipment was carried out,an experimental system was set up,and the experimental performance of the spray dyeing equipment was experimentally tested using the experimental system.The test results show that the height of the nozzle from the cloth surface affects the diffusion range of the atomized particles.The higher the height,the larger the width of the spray pattern,the more the spray pattern covers between the nozzles,and the more uneven the dyeing effect,the height should be controlled within 2cm;the speed of the platform affects the amount of dye carried by the fabric per unit time,the faster the speed,the smaller the spray width,the lighter the fabric color,the operating parameter range should be 2cm/s-10cm/s;the liquid jet aperture affects the liquid flow rate,The larger the liquid aperture is,the larger the flow rate is,the larger the diameter of the atomized particles,the wider the width of the spray pattern,the deeper the fabric color,and no atomization reaction occurs when the spray hole exceeds 0.8 mm,and the liquid pore size range should be within 0.4 mm;Affects the gas flow rate and flow rate,the pressure of the air supply increases,the spot diameter of the atomized particles decreases,When the air supply pressure is less than 0.1MPa,no atomization conditions can be achieved.The operating parameters range from 0.1MPa to 0.4MPa;the pressure of the liquid supply affects the flow rate and flow rate of the dye liquor,the pressure of the liquid supply increases,the spot diameter of the atomized particles increases,and the spray The width becomes smaller,the fabric color is deepened,and the larger liquid supply pressure needs to match the larger air supply pressure to generate the atomization reaction.The working parameters range from 0.1 MPa to 0.3 MPa.In addition,the experiment also tested the stability of the dyeing equipment,set the air supply pressure 0.2MPa,liquid supply pressure 0.1MPa,spray height 2cm,liquid spray hole 0.3mm,platform speed 5cm/s,spray width of a single nozzle 100 times Measurements,the average value of 1.55 cm,100 times the results are generally stable between 1.4cm-1.7cm,the error is within 10%,this device has a certain stability. |
