Plastic profile as an environmental protection material more and more demand,especially in the construction market has been very widely used.As the production of profile extrusion die,its productivity put forward high requirements.At present,the development of extrusion dies in China has made great progress.However,with the higher requirements put forward by the market,there is still a gap between the extrusion dies in China and foreign countries,mainly in the speed and quality of extrusion dies Still need further improvement.Extrusion die production for the profile of the high efficiency and high quality requirements,the extrusion die manufacturing is also very much related.At present,although the design of extrusion die in China has already started the threedimensional model design,experience design still occupy a large proportion,lack of theoretical experience support,and more repetitive work in the design,it is difficult to meet the design efficiency,which led to the Long mold design cycle,can not guarantee the quality and precision profiles.In view of the above problems,based on the combination of empirical design and theoretical support,this paper uses the micro-point sequential algorithm to design the die connecting hole,and adopts the intelligent water-through algorithm and intelligent Sshaped water algorithm to load the die cooling system.Vacuum adsorption system,according to the different position of the stereotypes classification,the use of reusable library design,direct classification load.In the board contains a fixed part of the structure using the proportional algorithm parameterized design,with the plate directly formed.In order to optimize the system,the software ANSYS Workbench simulation is mainly used to reflect the problem.In this paper,the problem of the cooling of the profiles in the die is studied.According to the round of automatic recognition of the cavity designed by the pre-system,Shaped cross section water hole and the later optimized shaped water hole.Through the simulation of the temperature field of the profile,the cooling condition of the profile is observed,and the reaction problem is fed back to the system.The method can effectively reduce the number of trial molds,and is of great significance to the improvement of the profile quality.According to the market demand,this paper designs the digitizing system of the mold,which can meet the problem of high efficiency in the mold design.At the same time,it provides a friendly interface for the users to change or add the corresponding structure according to the design requirements,so as to satisfy a wider range of requirements Market different types of mold design.
