| With the continuous expansion of the scale of rail transit systems,the possibility and harm of disruptions within the system are also increasing.When a rail transit system disrupts,passenger travel delays will be greatly increased,which may lead to local congestion and even paralysis in the urban public transport system,if an effective passenger evacuation plan is not adopted in time.Because bus system has high coverage rate and strong accessibility,it is often used as an effective means to evacuate passengers at rail transit stations.Based on the theories of interdependent network theory,cascading failure model,optimization theory,and heuristic algorithms,with Python,Baidu Maps API,MATLAB,and other languages or tools,this study attempts to establish urban public transport interdependent network combining routine bus system and rail transit system.By the basic interdependent network,taking the disruptions at rail transit stations as the research scenario,this paper systematically analyzes the propagation Rule of the stranded passengers in the interdependent bus network of rail transit disruptions station and designs the evacuation method of the stranded passenger flow at the disruptions station.The objective of this study is to reduce the emergency cost and evacuate passengers quickly,so as to provide a theoretical reference for emergency plan development in the event of disruptions.The research includes the following four parts.The construction of urban public transport interdependent network model.The paper explores the complexity of urban public transport systems in terms of structural characteristics,passenger flow characteristics and interaction relationships,and analyzes the adaptability of interdependent network theory to study urban public transport systems.Then the Space L method is used to construct the urban public transport interdependent geographic network and the Space P method is used to construct the urban public transport interdependent reachable network.The basic information requirements of the interdependent network model and the data acquisition method using Python and Baidu Map API are given.The analysis of propagation rule of passenger flow in disruption rail transit station interdependent bus network.Based on summarizing the types of disruptions at rail transit stations,and the types of stations affected by disruption rail transit station in urban public transport systems is analyzed.Then the disruption rail transit station interdependent bus network is obtained through the urban public transport interdependent network,and the measurement method of the initial state of interdependent bus network is given.Using the cascaded failure theory of complex networks,the initial capacity model of public traffic stations,the rule of passenger flow redistribution at disruption station,the rule of station status determination and the method of network passenger flow state determination are established.A set of quantitative analysis method for the passenger flow in disruption rail transit station interdependent bus network.Evacuation method of passenger flow at disruption stations based on passenger flow propagation law.Taking into account the hazards of disruption rail station,this paper proposes that emergency bus should be opened to evacuate the passengers flow when a serious disruption occurs at disruption rail station.Combining the influence of network passenger flow and considering the passenger travel service level,the site of the emergency bus line is obtained.From the perspectives of public transport managers and passengers,combined with the analysis of passenger flow in interdependent bus network,with the goal of minimizing emergency bus operating costs and maximizing passenger travel effectiveness is proposed,with the length of emergency bus,distance between stations,frequency of departures and so on,the emergency bus scheduling model can be got.A genetic algorithm solving process that is consistent with model goals and constraints is designed.The case analysis of Changchun disruption rail transit station.In this study,the Wei-xing Square Station is selected as a virtual disruption station.The model and algorithm are used to simulate the propagation rule of passenger flow and the plan of emergency bus scheduling,which verify the validity of the model and algorithm. |
