As people’s awareness of environmental protection increases and their understanding of sustainable development deepens,while the era of scientific and technological development has progressed,more and more people have begun to focus on how to reduce damage to the surrounding environment while developing.Therefore,people began to further develop and reuse the already occupied space,and the surface environment has been very crowded and difficult to further develop.Moreover,the difficulty of space utilization in the air is several times more difficult than the use of underground space,so how to more convenient and fast The development of underground space has become an important part of the current study.The TBM hard rock tunneling machine is a commonly used underground engineering construction machine.It has the advantages of high efficiency,economy,high quality,safety,and environmental protection.However,the hard rock tunneling machine is expensive,and the main consumable part is the hob cutter ring.In addition,hard rock tunnel boring machines have a harsh working environment and often encounter rocks with high hardness and quartz content,as well as various complicated physical environments such as high temperature,low temperature,immersion in water,oil immersion,electric fields,and magnetic fields 。And it is subject to tremendous pressure,impact,vibration,twisting and other forces.Therefore,the knife ring has a variety of abnormal damage,and how to increase the tool life has become the most important tool material research.This part studies the mechanical properties of the knife ring material from the following several sections,and analyzes how to increase the life of the knife ring.(1)TBM is introduced the research background and significance of hard rock tunnel boring machine,and briefly introduces the development status quo of hard rock TBMS and knife ring,then on the material mechanics performance test introduced the development process of analysis,finally introduces the development of high temperature indentation test device at home and abroad and the related research progress of high temperature indentation test(2)n this article are introduced in this application to mechanical testing technology of indentation,rockwell hardness test and impact test principle and method,mainly introduces the indentation test data analysis method of classic-Oliver-Pharr analysis method and the data analysis process.In the end,the paper introduces the source of the experimental materials in this paper and the processing methods,criteria and relevant considerations in different experiments.(3)Indentation experiment was introduced in detail the specific process of domestic cutting tool material and from the surface to the core hardness gradient and elastic modulus gradient test,followed by a knife ring composition of rockwell hardness,impact toughness,and other related auxiliary test and imported Wirth knife knife circle mechanics performance comparison,analyzes the deficiency of domestic cutter ring.(4)Further carried out under the environment of high temperature knife circle indentation tests,it is concluded that the knife circle in temperature from room temperature to 400 ℃ under the environment of the knife ring increases with temperature rise and the hardness of the elastic modulus with temperature changes little,assist with scanning electron microscopy(sem)and energy spectrum analysis of high temperature indentation test to analyze the morphology of pit observation,finally added a set of small load indentation experiment,analyzes the material mechanical performance changes under small load.
