In this paper,the application of self-made oxygen sensor with yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)as solid electrolyte and Bi/Bi2O3 as reference electrode is mainly studied in low melting point alloy and molten salt system.The main contents are as follows:1)First,self-produced oxygen sensors which used the YSZ as a solid electrolyte,Bi/Bi2O3 as the reference electrode are calibrated,to obtain accurate and reliable working curve.Experiments show that the sensor EMF and lgpo2 linear relationship,but compare to the theoretical Nernst response is a positive deviation.2)The above sensors responded well in the test of EMF under different oxygen partial pressures and different temperatures in liquid lead bismuth alloy(LBE).The results show that the oxygen content in liquid LBE conforms to the Freundlich model with the change of the oxygen partial pressure of the gas,and the oxygen adsorption will reach the adsorption equilibrium at the turning temperature.3)The results of dissolution of oxygen in different oxygen partial pressure and different temperature of SnBi alloy show that the adsorption curve of dissolved oxygen is consistent with the type ? in the model of physical adsorption,and the oxygen adsorption will reach the adsorption equilibrium at the turning temperature.4)The oxygen content in the molten NaCl-KCl is in accordance with Henry's law and increases with the increase of oxygen content.And the electromotive force EMF is linear with the temperature.The behavior of dissolved oxygen in NaCl-CaCl2 was different from that of NaCl-KCl,which was in accordance with Freundlich model.5)Preparation of Gd-doped CeO2 as solid electrolyte,Bi/Bi2O3 as the reference electrode oxygen sensor and detection,stable from 523K to 773K,EMF and oxygen in the gas lgpO2 linear and linear,but And the theoretical slope between the deviation,response performance,stability than YSZ oxygen sensor to be better.And the working temperature of GDC oxygen sensor is lower than YSZ oxygen sensor(523K)...
