| At present,the study on the airflow organization of the ship’s cabin mainly focuses on the influence of different tuyere types on the comfort of the cabin’s temperature and humidity,as well as the influence of different ventilation modes on the comfort of the cabin and the pollutants of special cabins(such as the cabin and the ship’s ward)However,the distribution of pollutants in the cabin has a great influence on the cabin personnel,and a good air flow organization can discharge pollutants as soon as possible and reduce the pollutants in the cabin as much as possible Risk to the human body.In this paper,the distribution of pollutants in the cabin and its elimination efficiency are studied by means of experiments and numerical simulation.The different influencing factors of the draft are simulated and optimized to provide references for the effective control of pollutants in the cabin.The specific work is as follows:First of all,through experiments,a variety of influencing factors of indoor pollutants emission from two sources of pollution were studied.The effects of pollutant emission rate and the relative distance between sources on the distribution of indoor pollutants were analyzed.The results showed that two sources of pollutants emitted The amount of pollutants in the cross area increases and the distance between the two sources increases.The peak value of the pollutant concentration in the cross area increases continuously,and the maximum value of the pollutant concentration decreases.Secondly,CFD software was used to simulate indoor pollutant concentration distribution.The simulation results and experimental data were compared.The results show that the number of grids encrypted to 150,000 can eliminate the error caused by the grid number.The turbulence model selected in this paper Two-equation model with high accuracy.On the basis of this,taking the formaldehyde concentration distribution of four people in a ship as an example,the distribution characteristics of pollutants in the cabin were studied,such as the air velocity,the shape of the air outlet,the emission rate of the pollution source and the location of the pollution source influences.Finally,in order to further improve the removal efficiency of pollutants in the cabin,based on the selected optimal form of air supply,optimize the design of the outlet size,air supply speed,the location of furniture in the cabin and other factors,the most optimal Good pollutant elimination program.This paper mainly studies the rules of multiple pollutants on the distribution of pollutants in the ship’s cabin as well as their elimination efficiency.The results provide theoretical references for the design of the ship’s cabin ventilation and the layout of cabin furniture. |
