Porous metal materials have many outstanding characteristics,such as low density,low thermal conductivity,low relative density,large specific surface area,high porosity.The traditional methods of preparing porous metal materials are powder metallurgy method,template method,etc.Because of the limitation of the traditional methods,the dealloying methods are continuously developing in recent years,and they are dominated by the chemical alloying method and electrochemical alloying method,which are mostly applied for the preparation of porous pure metal material.Stainless steel is one kind of metal material which has excellent performance.However,the preparation of porous stainless steel material has not yet been mature.In the experiments,the melt 0Cr13 stainless steel and Mn were used to prepare stainless steel alloys with 0Cr13-XMn(X= 30,40,50).According to the principle of the Kirkendall effect and diffusion,the physical vacuum dealloying method can be successfully used to prepare the 0Cr13 porous stainless steel.The author dealloyed the melt 0Cr13 stainless steel alloy observed the surface morphology of the obtained samples by SEM,analyzed the factors influencing the morphology of porous 0Cr13 stainless steel,and used the XRD analyzer for the diffraction spectrum analysis of the sample.The main results are as follows:(1)The porous stainless steel can be successfully prepared through the physical vacuum dealloying of 0Cr13-XMn,and the optimum technological parameters for the 0Cr13-30 Mn stainless steel are: 800 ?,4h,the formed pore size is 20?m,the porosity is 13%;the optimum technological parameters for the 0Cr13-40 Mn stainless steel are: 850 ?,4h,the formed pore size is 10~20?m,the porosity is 25%;the optimum technological parameters for the 0Cr13-50 Mn stainless steel are: 850 ?,4h,the formed pore size is 10~20?m,the porosity is 40%;(2)The main factors that influence the morphology porous stainless steel prepared through physical vacuum dealloying are the time and temperature of vacuum heat treatment.The temperature of vacuum heat treatment determines the volatilization and bulk diffusion coefficient of the pore-making element Mn,thus affecting the morphology of the pore structure,and the time of vacuum heat treatment determines the depth of the pore;(3)The increase of the temperature of physical vacuum dealloying can be propitious to the volatilization and diffusion of Mn in the 0Cr13-XMn stainless steel,which facilitates the forming of pores;(4)The extension of the processing time of physical vacuum dealloying can effectively increase the pore depth of 0Cr13-XMn stainless steel and increase its porosity.
