This project comes from the numerical control leather cutting assembly line project.the numerical control leather cutting assembly line is mainly targeted at flexible material products industries(shoemaking,luggage and leather goods,sofa seats,clothing,etc.).as the labor costs increase year by year,it is necessary to develop a machine tool and a digital production tool,so that the above industries can partially get rid of the traditional manual cutting tool blanking method,improve the production quality and efficiency,reduce energy consumption,save labor,save material costs,improve product added value,and finally promote the upgrading and transformation of these traditional industries.The project should follow the design principles of dustproof,shockproof,noise-proof,electromagnetic interference-proof,moisture-proof,modularization,high reliability,high safety,easy transportation,easy installation and easy maintenance.one of the core technologies of this project is the high-speed vibrating knife.High-speed vibration cutting tools have high cutting accuracy,high vibration speed and can cut flexible materials quickly,which is the development direction of flexible materials processing.There is a big gap between the cutting accuracy,vibration speed,noise,reliability and life of high-speed vibration tools in China,which has not reached the advanced level in the world.This is mainly due to the lack of research on modern design and analysis of high-speed vibrating knives.Therefore,according to the technical requirements,the commercial leather cutting machine in China is combined with structural optimization design theory,finite element analysis and experimental verification.among them,the vibration characteristics of high-speed vibrating knife from static to dynamic,its assembly process and accuracy analysis need more detailed and systematic modern design,and the performance indicators of high-speed vibrating knife and improving the competitiveness of products are very important.Theoretical significance and practical value are also very important to promote the development of related fields in China.First of all,based on the analysis of the working principle of vibrating knife,the relevant parameters of each moving axis are calculated.According to the design index and actual demand of high-speed vibrating knife,the design model of high-speed vibrating knife is established.The stiffness,stress and deformation of crankshaft,rocker,slide bar,slide bar joint and other structural parts are analyzed by using finite element optimization design method.Then,aiming at the high-precision bearings used in the high-speed vibrating knife,considering the assembly problem,analyzing the assembly process.Structural parts such as crankshafts,rockers,sliding rods and sliding rod joints are optimized by finite element analysis,and the optimized design makes the high-speed vibrating knife easier to operate in the assembly process,which has guiding significance for the assembly of various joints.On this basis,the overall finite element model of high-speed vibrating knife is established.after analyzing the stress and deformation results of related parts of high-speed vibrating knife,the design scheme is adjusted and optimized.Finally,the vibration,noise and life of the high-speed vibrating knife are analyzed by experimental analysis,and the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed vibrating knife are compared and analyzed by experiments,and its correctness is analyzed.The correctness of the model is verified.
