With the growing haze and the importance of healthy people,PM2.5 has become the environmental issues of public concern,the state of the more stringent requirements of pollutant emissions from coal-fired power plants,power plant dust concentration in key areas limit 20mg/m3,and the current operation of the unit dedusting equipment can not meet the discharge standard of dust,need to upgrade,and adopt new technology to achieve Sanhe Power Plant is located in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei.The key control areas,requirements for the implementation of national environmental protection,the 1,2,4 unit used wet ESP environmental protection three kinds of transformation,to achieve highquality green power generation plan,flue gas and dust emission concentration operation value was lowThe 5mg/Nm3,4 unit is less than 1mg/Nm3,meet the national environmental protection standards,and become the national coal energy saving and emission reduction demonstration plant and Hebei coal power plant environmental protection demonstration project.Firstly,1,2,4 unit of Sanhe Power Plant using SD264 Alexander energy flexible cloth wet electrostatic precipitator,longking WBE210/1-2 metal plate wet electrostatic precipitator,feidahuanbao transformation arrangement of FW163-2 type metal plate wet electrostatic precipitator,main technical parameters and components of the system are introduced in detail;secondly the reconstruction problems in operation are studied,find out the key factors of problems,solutions are proposed and implemented,ensure wet electrostatic precipitator efficiency;then from the coal and ash compositionBoiler,combustion,low temperature economizer is put into operation,dry electrostatic precipitator,wet flue gas desulfurization,wet electric dust collector body,smoke tower one factor and thermal measurement factors of wet electric dust collector dust emission index were studied from the analysis;finally,power consumption,material consumption,dust emissions of Sanhe Power Plant Selection PM2.5 and SO3 removal rate of three kinds of wet electric dust collector is analyzed and the optimal operation mode of economy.
