This paper is about the cooperative project between the QILU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY and Jinan Aotto Automation co.LTD,titled " Study on The Auxiliary Design System and Control Algorithm of Protective Fence".Based on SolidWorks2017 3D modeling software,a set of parameterized design system for protective fence is developed in this project,and the following contents are studied with the purpose of parametric design and 3D assembly of security fence.(1)The algorithm design of safety fence.In order to realize the standardized management of safety fence for mechanical equipment,a new design scheme for safety fence is put forward.The scheme solves the problems of unnecessary waste at the scene fence,difficulties in opening the fence and so on.Based on iterative algorithm,a design model of protective fence is built.The goal of the model is to arrange the fence reasonably.The constraints of the model are the size of the fence and the number of fences.The application of the scheme in Volvo and FAW Volkswagen robot punching line shows that the fence cost is reduced by 10%,and the error rate of the fence size is controlled within 1%.(2)Fence parameterization design and SolidWorks assembly process.In order to solve the problems of fast design and intelligent assembly,the intelligent design and assembly system for stamping line is completed.The system is based on the algorithm design model of fence protection.The system aims at rapid assembly of fencing parts.The system uses embedded communication mode to achieve inter device communication.The 3D modeling technology of SolidWorks is used to simulate the whole assembly process.The feature assembly and data link flow are combined to determine the assembly sequence of parts and realize the transformation from plane to stereo.(3)Data acquisition of the fence press line.In order to meet the needs of safety fence production line management and intelligent monitoring,the data acquisition system of protective fence stamping line is designed and completed.The system combines OPC technology and data distribution adaptation technology to form data pool.The data acquisition and directional target analysis are realized by DCAU to ensure the accuracy of data acquisition,the flexibility of APDATA processing data and the compatibility of different field devices.The user can monitor the fence stamping line in real time through the MES client.The operator can carry out the organizational structure management and PLC variable management in real time.The example shows that the system runs well and the information collection is accurate,which has a high application value in the fence production line.
