North Union Electric Power Co.Ltd Baotou No.2 Thermal Power Plant denitrification system ultra-low emission reconstruction project is mainly for sattle the problem of high concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions in the operation of 300 MW heating boiler.The purpose is to reduce the NO_X emissions during the combustion of boilers and reduce the pollution and damage to the atmosphere.According to build an environmet-friendly and resource-save enterprise,power plant can lay a good foundation for the substainable development.This article will compare and refer to various domestic and foreign denitrification transformation methods and select the appropriate denitrification reform program with the actual equipment working conditions of Baotou NO.2 Thermal Power Plant boiler.After discussing the specific transformation process and the performance evalution test after the transformation,the denittrification system after the transformation is finally applied to the actual combustion operation of the power plant.This article starts with the research bckground and significance of domestic and foreign and studies China current energy status and national environmental protection requirements.Second,the article briefly describes the nitrogen oxide generation principle and the current domestic and foreign control methods.Addition,with reference to the research and reconstruction projects,this article also introduces low-NO_X combustion technology and SCR technology.Through the inspection and study of these materials,the purpose is to formulate a suitable transformation plan in light of actual situation of the project.After the implementation of the retrofit program,tests are conducted on each reform project area to obtain relevant test date.Finally,through comparing the test data before and after the transformation,the reliability of the reform test is analyzed.Discuss whether it meets the expected retrofitting requirements and whether it meets the emission standards for environmental protection requirements.At the same time,through this retrofit test,the experience and lessons learned in the retrofitting process are summarized to provide a reliable model for the operation of the same type of power plant.
