| With the rapid development of domestic economy,the emission of flue gas from coal-fired power plants will cause serious pollution in the atmosphere.The national standards for exhaust gas emissions are becoming more and more stringent.At present,according to the new national standard,the boiler flue gas denitration technology has been fully implemented in the country and put into use,as denitration reducing agent in liquid ammonia denitration by region,because of security restrictions for urea,pyrolysis and hydrolysis technology is the most widely used two kinds of methods,based on the electric power Datong Power Generation Co.Ltd.three #10 unit,flue gas denitrification by pyrolysis of urea to ammonia revamping for hydrolysis,combined with the actual condition of generator,and design of a distributed control system for the denitrification(DCS)control system,including the main denitration technology,urea pyrolysis,hydrolysis technology and comparison debug the application of DCS system are analyzed.The main contents are:First of all,based on the background of relying on the project,first introducethe general situation of the engineering environment concise and to the point,the challenges faced by China’s electric power industry and the flue gas denitration technology at home and abroad the present situation and development trend are expounded,the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)process principle of denitration technology and other systems.And introduces the principle and technological process of urea ammonia system and pyrolysis technology of hydrolysis technology were compared.Finally based on structure and technical features of EDPF-NT Plus Guodian Zhishen DCS system.Secondly,from the two aspects of hardware application and software application,we analyze the EDPF-NT Plus DCS system,and finally complete the transformation and application of the whole system.Operators can monitor and operate on-site devices on the operator station.The hardware includes the configuration of the equipment,the configuration of the network,and so on.The software design includes the picture making process and the logic configuration process of the denitrification program control system after the construction of the software platform.Finally,it elaborates the modification of the denitrification urea hydrolysis project after modification,and debug the DCS system after analysis.It also analyzes the problems and solutions in the commissioning process,and finally gives the data of the denitration obtained after 168 hours trial operation.Improve the control precision and reliability of the DCS system,and increase the safety and stability of the unit. |
