Micro Capillary Film(MCF)is a kind of plastic film containing multi micron level hollow channels,which are parallel long and straight.MCF,with common plastic as raw material,has a large specific surface area,good mechanical properties,excellent heat and mass transfer performance.The size can be controlled at the micron level and is suitable for space limited occasions.It has great research value in biomedicine and chemical detection,heat transfer,microfluidic and micro reactor.The paper mainly focuses on the research on the application of MCF in chemical detection,develops the research of different detection methods with MCF as the reagents carrier,and makes the corresponding rapid detection equipment,which has a certain market value.The main contents and results are as follows:1.A rapid detection strip of salicylic acid and peracetic acid was prepared by using MCF as the carrier of reageats.The method of fixing the reactant into the microchannel was explored,and the method of freezing drying after the gelatinized starch was determined.The MCF rapid detection strip was successfully prepared.The concentration of starch in the reagents was 10%,the concentration of iron trichloride was 2%and the concentration of potassium iodide was 0.25%.The semi quantitative detection of salicylic acid was achieved with the concentration range of 0~1g/L and peracetic acid was achieved with the concentration range of 0~100mg/L,and the reaction time was 30 to 60s.In addition,we also use a microscope and a software called ImageJ to fit the relationship between the gray value of the sample and the concentration of the solution.The gray value of the detection results of salicylic acid has a linear relationship with the concentration(y=-0.0098x+1.6826).The gray value of peracetic acid has a two function relationship with the concentration of the concentration of peracetic acid(y=-0.0036x2-0.0 324x+122.41),in actual application,the gray value of the MCF channels is measured,and the concentration of salicylic acid and peracetic acid can be detected in the relationship.The strip is suitable for daily life and is easy to market and has great practical value.2.A fast detection method of hydrogen peroxide with four grades was developed,and a new rapid detection method was proposed.The detection limit of the test solution with different concentration of reagents is different,and the characteristics of MCF multichannel are fully combined,the traditional colorimetric method is converted to determine how many areas of reaction reagents discolored.The concentration of starch in the reagents in the strip was 10%,the concentration of potassium iodide was 1%,0.5%,0.25%and 0.1%respectively.The detection time of hydrogen peroxide solution was set at 30s,and the hydrogen peroxide solution with a concentration range of 0 to 0.12%could be semi quantified.Compared with the ordinary colorimetric strip,it eliminates people’s subjective judgment about the color depth.In comparison,the results are more accurate and more intuitive,and the detection method is more friendly to the inspectors,it’s also applicable to people with color blindness or color weakness.The popularity of the strip is stronger,the audience is wider,and the strip has greater economic and practical value.3.A rapid detection device matching MCF test strip was developed.This equipment uses a gray-scale sensor to judge the reflectance of the object,uses the STM32F103 single chip microcomputer and C language to write the corresponding program,so as to realize the quantitative detection of salicylic acid and peracetic acid solution.The distance of the gray-scale sensor to the strip was set as 1cm,and the position of the gray sensor and the strip was fixed.The sensor is used to sample the voltage of the two sides of the photosensitive resistance 300 times and convert it into electrical level,and the average value is obtained.The relationship between the voltage value and the concentration of the solution was studied.The result is linear with the concentration of salicylic acid(y=0.0021x-0.4366).The result is a two function relationship with the concentration of peracetic acid(y = 0.000233x2-0.1254x + 17.636).Then,the fitting results are replaced in the original program so that the fast detector can directly output the concentration of the solution.The rapid detection instrument has the characteristics of small volume,light weight,easy to carry,low production cost,rapid detection and intuitionistic results.It is suitable for detection of low precision in daily and field,and has great economic value.
