Based on the coal mine of Hong QingLiang air return alleys ahead of faulting and affect the normal construction excavation.Through the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis,advance geological forecast,laboratory test,numerical simulation,and field monitoring,In-depth analysis and study of return air alleys soft rock tunnel excavation through fault technology.Specific research contents include the following points:(1)To investigate return air alleys area near the fault fracture zone and collecting sample,test the composition,carried out indoor experiment to determine the rock physics mechanics parameters,for the simulation of tunnel excavation,the mechanical parameters of rock mass are provided,at the same time,it can be determined that the surrounding rock of the tunnel belongs to the middle expansive soft rock.(2)The roadway ahead of geologic body in advance geological forecast,Get the conclusion of fault zone and development zone in head-on about 0~15m,the fault is located at 3~7m in front of a head-on,also located in front of 15~20m head-on another small fault or lithological changes.(3)Analysis of the causes of the failure of the surrounding rock of roadway in the broken zone of the roadway is mainly caused by the poor surrounding rock,the water seepage and the weakening of the water,for the next support scheme is put forward to provide reference.(4)According to the previous summary and the actual situation of the scene,to optimize the original support scheme,Return put forward the support scheme of air roadway drivage through fault.(5)To determine the construction plan and establish the dynamic testing system of return air roadway,to carry on the roof abscission layer monitoring,monitoring of the bolt stress and rock displacement monitoring,results show that the effect of support is good,in order to adjust the supporting strength,meet the requirements of the stability and safety during construction.(6)To established the model by using the finite element software MIDAS,Simulate the roadway excavation and supporting form,analysis of roadway surrounding rock stress,the characteristics of surrounding rock displacement and the stress of the supporting structure,etc.The results show that there is a hidden trouble in the fault zone,which need to be combined with grouting to reinforce the surrounding rock.
