Polymer porous materials are widely used in catalytic carriers,tissue engineering scaffolds,adsorption and separation because of their advantages such as high porosity and large surface area.In many methods of preparation of porous materials,high internal phase emulsions template method can through the control of the emulsion droplets to regulate the porous structure and morphology;it has attracted the attention of scientists.However,a large number of expensive surfactant is used to prepare HIPEs.Therefore,the material has poor mechanical properties and the residual emulsifier is difficult to remove,which restricts the application of porous materials in industry.Pickering emulsion is a kind of surfactant-free emulsion stabilized by solid particles,which has the advantages of good stability and small toxicity.On the basis of the progress in the preparation and application of Pickering high phase emulsion,two kinds of modifiers were used to prepare different silica(SiO2)particles.The morphology and size of the modified particles were studied.The Pickering-high internal phase emulsions were prepared by replacing the traditional surface active agent with the solid particle,and the stabilizing effect of the inorganic particles to the emulsion was studied.The Pickering high phase emulsions were then polymerized to obtain porous polymer composite,and the effects of particle amount and internal fraction on the microstructure,specific surface area,oil absorption and compression properties of the porous materials were investigated,too.1.y-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane(MPTS)modified SiO2 particles with regular shape,uniform size and be of about 250 run were successfully prepared by sol-gel method,and used for the stability of Pickering-HIPEs emulsion.Then a series of porous Pickering composite materials were prepared.As the particle dosage increased,the pore size of the porous composites decreased gradually.When the particle dosage increased from 5%to 25%,the average pore size decreased from 182 μm to 87 μm.The addition of the modified particles enhanced the material,and the carbon-carbon double bonds on the particles participated in the copolymerization.The compression strength and compression modulus of the material were 5.94 MPa and 36.60 MPa,respectively.With the increase in water phase,the pore diameter increased gradually,but the compression performance decreased.The prepared material has good oil-water separation ability,the largest oil absorption value distribution in the 75%to 915%its quality range,with the increase of the amount of modified particles,the adsorption capacity increased gradually.When the amount of particles was 7.5%,the adsorption capacity of various oil products reached the maximum,the amount of particles continued to increase,and the adsorption capacity began to decrease.2.N-octyl triethoxy silane(OTES)modified SiO2 particles with uniform shape were successfully prepared by sol-gel method.They were used to stabilize Pickering-HIPEs emulsion and a series of Pickering porous composites were prepared.With the increase of particle dosage,the pore size of the porous composites decreased gradually.When the particle dosage increased from 5%to 25%,the average pore size of the material decreased from 235μm to 63 μm.The addition of modified particles enhanced the material.With the increase of particle dosage,the compressive properties of materials gradually increased,and the maximum compressive strength and compression modulus were 14.93 MPa and 76.64 MPa,respectively,which were higher than those of MPTS-SiO2/PS system.The material has good oil water separation ability and the maximum oil absorption value is in the range of 294%to 1400%.With the increase of the amount of modified particles,the adsorption capacity increased gradually.When the amount of particles was 7.5%,the adsorption capacity of various oil products reached the maximum,the amount of particles continued to increase,and the adsorption capacity began to decrease.Pickering polymers with a large number of microporous structures have been successfully prepared by super crosslinking reaction,which greatly increases the specific surface area of the material.
