When using CO2 laser hardens material surface,because of the metal material surface rough degree is low and the free electron is relatively dense,the reflectivity of the laser can be as high as 90%.Usually on the surface of the metal material deals with blackening process before the laser surface treatment of materials.This topic with SiO2,Al2O3 for aggregate main ingredients of a variety of homemade lotions as the research object.The target is to prepare a laser by absorbing paint with the advantages of low cost,environmental protection and no pollution,laser absorbent,good coating performance,not reverse spraying,etc.Choose 65 Mn as matrix material and cross flow CO2 laser processing machine to apply to samples.The samples coated with SiO2 and Al2O3 as the aggregate of A,B,C,D four kinds of paint and make the laser surface hardening treatment.On the basis of water temperature,the modified layer depth and width are measured.Microstructure observation and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the microstructure are characterized.Results show that the samples after laser quenching caused by temperature variation can be combined with the depth and width of the hardened zone of section together characterize the paint on laser absorption.The max temperature variation of the water is changed to 12# sample at 23.6 ? and the section hardening 12#specimen of the depth is the deepest 1.2796 mm,maximum width of 7.22 mm.The D paint brushed on 12# specimen is the highest laser absorptivity of coating agent,laser absorption of the prepared four kinds of paint are better than J paint.The 6# specimen brushed B paint,the surface area average hardness is the highest 64.5HRC.The hardness of 2# and 10# is second,The surface modification' s wear of 18# specimen brushed the J paint is minimum 0.0209 g,The 6# and 10# sample brushed B,C paint wear small amount of wear of the change.The corrosion current of the 10# sample is 79.21 ? A · cm-2.Integrated surface modification area average hardness,wear and corrosion resistance of three indicators.To sum up: the prepared four kinds of paints in laser absorption are better than buy paint J,SiO2,Al2O3 mixed type B and C paint application effect best as the effective laser quenching increased absorption of paint.On the basis of the above research in this paper,in order to save costs and waste to treasure.The main component for the SiO2 and Al2O3 high alumina fly ash as aggregate prepared five kinds of fly ash based paint,application effects of five kinds of paint in65 Mn steel laser surface hardening are studied and the application effect of the mixed type B and C coating for comparison.The results shows that the five kinds of fly ash based paint,fly ash and carbon black laser increase absorption of laser absorption of paint is the best,the brush of the sample after laser surface hardening depth of hardened layer is the deepest for 1.2796 mm,causes the maximum 21.5 ? rise on the water.Theaverage micro hardness of the surface is 62.9HRC.To sum up: fly ash adding graphite for the aggregate I paint function can be instead of SiO2,Al2O3 mixed type paint and reduce costs as a new type of laser increased absorption of paint.
