| In the context of circular economy and green development,The utilization of solid waste resources of the steel industry, which were treated as the high-energy and high-pollution enterprises,is the only way to establish a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The construction industry proposes that the ability to absorb industrial waste should be improved in cement, concrete and other material products in order to accelerate the development of green building and green building materials in our country. The utilization of steel slag in concrete can replace the use of coarse and fine aggregate.Meanwhile adding steel slag admixture can reduce the amount of cement and also can effectively reduce the cost of concrete.Secondly, the steel slag waste can be effectively used to turn waste into treasure, which will help reduce the consumption of natural resources and improve the waste of land generated by the slag stacking. In addition, environmental pollution caused by steel slag can be reduced, and environmental damage caused by sand mining can be reduced. The resource utilization of steel slag in concrete has considerable economic, environmental and resource benefits. However, our country started late in the technical research of steel slag concrete and it develops slowly. Therefore, this paper analyzes the steel slag concrete policy environment, market environment, utilization benefits, and technical aspects and it can be found that the current policy and market environment related to steel slag concrete had played a positive role in promoting the development of steel slag. While the main constraint to its development is the lack of a comprehensive evaluation of the benefits of steel slag concrete utilization and technical feasibility evaluation. Therefore, this paper evaluates the benefits and technical aspects of the utilization of steel slag concrete by the method of experiment and AHP-TOPSIS.The evaluation found that the steel slag concrete has the best comprehensive benefits and excellent performance applied to the actual project. |
