Slag powder is a kind of new high-performance concrete inorganic mineral admixture,and the quality of its fine powder directly affects the quality and benefit of concrete production.At present,in China’s actual production of slag fines,there are often problems such as large vibration of the mill and unstable control of the material layer,which greatly affect the stability of production and the quality of the product.The thickness control of the material layer affects the stability of the system.Important factors,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out optimization control research.As the most important grinding equipment in the production process of slag powder,vertical mill is based on the in-depth study of the grinding process principle and object characteristics,and analyzes the relationship between the thickness of slag micro-powder and the main influencing parameters.With the characteristics and disadvantages of the control scheme,a slag micropowder vertical abrasive layer thickness control strategy based on the predictive function control algorithm was proposed.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,based on the in-depth study of the basic mechanism of the predictive function control algorithm,the first,second-order controlled object tracking step function,sine function,and ramp function are simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the uncertain system is constructed.The parametric uncertain model was used to simulate the PFC control algorithm.The results show that the predictive function control algorithm has the advantages of quick response and strong anti-interference ability.Secondly,based on a deep analysis of the slag micropowder vertical mill,which is a multivariable,large time-delay and uncertain system,based on the in-depth analysis of the relevant control parameters and object uncertainties affecting the slag micro-powder thickness of the vertical abrasive layer,the Based on the parametric perturbation model of PFC algorithm,a PFC-feedforward compound controller for vertical abrasive layer thickness was designed and compared with the existing PID control scheme of vertical abrasive layer thickness to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme..Finally,according to the actual working conditions of slag micropowder vertical mill,the optimized control algorithm is embedded in the field distributed control system,and the test runs.The test results show that the optimized control strategy proposed in this paper stabilizes the thickness of the slag micropile vertical abrasive layer and reduces the vibration value of the mill.
