| In order to improve the prediction criterion of rock burst with charge induction method.To achieve the purpose,the paper based on the disturbance response instability theory,we have re-searched the relationship between the deformation modulus index K of the coal samples and the destructive charge signal of coal samples under the condition of uniaxial compression with ex-perimental study method.First we used deformation modulus index K to analyze and judge the rock burst.And,then,we studied the quantitative relationship between the deformation modulus index K and the charge event number and the charge amplitude after stress peak Further,more we used the deformation modulus index K to classify rust tendency of coal,and studied the rela-tionship between the impact tendency and the charge parameters of the coal sample.Finally,we carried out on-site monitoring test of charge induction in 13230 working face of Gengcun Coal Mine and we guided the scene with the theoretical results obtained from the laboratory tests.The research results showed that:The larger the deformation modulus index K of the coal sample,the smaller the critical sof-tening zone depth and the critical load of the corresponding coal rock structure,and the greater the possibility of rock burst.On the contrary the less likely.The size of the coal samples defor-mation modulus index depends on the size of the softening modulus after the stress peak,and has little relation with the elasticity modulus.The larger the softening modulus is,the greater the de-formation modulus index is.As the deformation modulus index K increases,post-peak charge events decrease and aver-age charges increases exponentially.The greater K is,the smaller critical plastic depth and load is,indicating that it is much possible that the rock burst occurs.Therefore,making a judgment on the rock burst is danger from the parameters in the field.The results show that the deformation modulus index of the impact of the coal is as follows:K<2.1,no impact;2.1≤K<7.8,weak impact;K≥7.8,strong impact.The greater K is,the stronger rock burst tendencies of coals are,meanwhile,and the less charge events is,the more average charges amplitude is.Hence,we put forward the charge events and the charge amplitude criterion and division method of coal impact tendency.And the charge parameter criterion and division of the coal impact tendency were carried out in Wulong and Gengcun mines.According to the criterion and division result of charge average amplitude of coal body im-pact tendency the results of the charge monitoring in the field,the results show that the coal seam near the 13230 working face is weak impact tendency,and coal seam near the stopping line is no impact tendency.According to the relationship between the critical load of the and the av-erage amplitude of the charge after the stress peak,and the field charge and stress monitoring results,obtaining the actual load of coal and rock structure in the area of 100 meters in front of the 13230 working area is less than the critical load,no impact risk.Similarly,the actual load coal and rock structure near the stopping line is less than the critical load,and the area is safer than the area adjacent to the work surface.The above shows the feasibility of the laboratory test results to guide the site. |
