With the continuous expansion of the scale of open pit mine,the air pollution of surface mine is increasingly serious.The blasting process is mainly caused by the shock wave of explosive gas and the role of the combined blasting shock wave.So that a large amount of explosive gas is generated by blasting effect.The large amount of dust produced and aroused by blasting is not long,but its concentration is high,the local dust concentration can be as high as thousands of milligrams per cubic meter,which not only does harm to workers' health,but also can harm the health of the surrounding residents.Therefore,the problem of air pollution has become one of the problems to be solved in the production of surface mine.In order to reduce the pollution resulting from the blasting dust in a simple and effective way,and improve the dust suppression efficiency of water stemming the status quo for the most open-pit mine bench,the blasting dust diffusion law and the optimal ratio between water-stemming and solid stemming were studied.According to the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow and explosion mechanics,and by using Fluent software numerical simulation combined with field test,the real-time simulation of blasting dust pollution was realized.The analysis results show that in the impact movement stage and mushroom cloud formation stage,the blasting air with high temperature rapidly expands,and a large amount of blasting dust spreads into the open air space.The dust slowly sinks,whose particle size is 60?100 ?m,and the dust whose particle size under 40 ?m sinks very difficultly and continues to stay in the air due to wind disturbance.The water-stemming and solid stemming ratio formula was attained,meeting the requirements of both blasting effect and the idea suppression efficiency.
