The properties of nanomaterials depend on their structure and morphology.Due to the diversity of structure and morphology,carbon nanomaterials have great potential in energy storage,catalysis,sensors,electronics,optics and other fields.Graphene oxide(GO),as a derivative of graphene,has a large number of hydroxyl,carboxyl,epoxy and other oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface,which has good hydrophilic and chemical activity.The important thing is that GO is often used as a supporting material to build carbon nanohybrid materials by interaction of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction with a variety of metal and inorganic non-metallic nanoparticles.In this paper,three dimensional graphene based carbon nanohybrid materials were prepared by in-situ catalytic pyrolysis of polypropylene(PP)using GO supported catalyst particles.The structure and properties of carbon nano hybrid materials can be controlled by changing the difference of GO supported catalysts.The concrete results are as follows:1.GO loaded Ni(OH)2 was used to prepare graphene loaded carbon sphere hybrid materials.First,three dimensional graphene oxide loading was prepared.Then,nickel nitrate(NiNO3)was precipitated on the GO layer,and GO/Ni(OH)2 was prepared.GO/Ni(OH)2 was melted into PP and melted and carbonized blends under argon(Ar)protection to obtain graphene based carbon sphere nanostructure hybrid materials.The morphology and structure are characterized.The results show that graphene loaded carbon ball nano hybrid materials can be successfully prepared by PP in situ carbonization.The graphene layer is complete,carbon spheres are grown on the lamellar layer,and the diameter is between 50-200 nm.2.GO/Ni(OH)2 and GO/Co(OH)2 were prepared by loading nickel hydroxide(Ni(OH)2)and cobalt hydroxide(Co(OH)2)nanoparticles with GO as template.Two kinds of graphene loaded carbon core shell/fiber nano hybrid materials were successfully prepared by melt blending into PP and PP in-situ carbonization.The morphology and physical properties of the two synthesized nano hybrid materials were characterized.The results showed that the graphene lamellae of the graphite nanoscale hybrid materials prepared by Ni(OH)2 were intact,the diameter of the nickel particles was 5-10 nm,the outer layer was coated with nuclear shell carbon,and the surface of graphene based carbon fiber nano hybrid materials prepared with Co(OH)2 was grown on the surface of graphene with short carbon nanoscale.The diameter of the fiber structure is 10-25 nm,and the length is 300 nm.3.Cobalt acetate and nickel acetate were proportionally added to the GO aqueous solution.Polyether amine(D-400)was used to reduce the two to hydroxide and self-assembled on the GO surface,and GO supported Co-Ni catalyst(GO/Ni-Co)was prepared.The GO/Ni-Co was melted into PP,and the carbonized blends were obtained under Ar protection,and graphene based carbon nanotube hybrid materials were obtained.The results show that the three dimensional graphene based carbon nanotube hybrid material(RGO/C@Ni-Co)can be successfully prepared by this method.A large number of carbon nanotubes are gathered and grown on the graphene layer,with a diameter of about 30 nm and a length of 100-500 nm.The prepared RGO/C@Ni-Co is applied to super capacitor.When the scanning rate is 2mV/s,the maximum specific capacitance is 595 F/g,and has good cycling stability.
