Cement concrete is widely used,but the concrete structure is not as durable as people expected,and the corrosion damage of concrete caused by the durability is becoming more and more prominent.The use of protective coatings to improve the durability of concrete is a convenient and effective way.In this paper,an alkali metal silicate permeable coating as the foundation,by adding appropriate amount of waterborne epoxy resin,preparation of a new type of composite protective coating of lithium silicate based epoxy coating.The effect of the concrete on the strength,water absorption and durability of concrete is studied,and the mechanism of its action is analyzed.By centrifugal stability test,the optimum preparation temperature of lithium silicate based epoxy coating is 50℃,and the amount of waterborne epoxy resin is 30%.Compared with other two single component of the protective coating of waterborne epoxy resin and inorganic permeable coating(silicon infiltration agent),test the compressive strength of three kinds of coatings of different strength grade concrete flexural strength,water absorption rate and immersion depth,resistance to chloride ion permeability(electric flux and chloride ion diffusion coefficient),effect of carbonation resistance,frost resistance and abrasion resistance,draws the following conclusion.The lithium silicate based epoxy coating has obvious promoting effect on the compressive strength of concrete,and can remarkably improve the waterproof property of concrete,and the effect is better than the other two kinds of coatings.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimens cured by lithium silicate based epoxy coating are close to the standard curing,and can be used as a curing agent.The optimum spraying amount should be controlled at about 300 g/m2.The lithium silicate based epoxy coating has obviously improved the durability of concrete.From the electric flux test and RCM test,it can be seen that the lithium silicate based epoxy coating can remarkably improve the chloride permeability of concrete,and the effect is best among the three kinds of coatings.By carbonation test and quick freezing test and abrasion resistance test results show that the lithium silicate based epoxy coating can reduce carbonization reaction,greatly improve the concrete frost resistance and abrasion resistance,and its effect is similar to inorganic penetration coating.The mechanism analysis shows that the porosity of the specimen after the lithium silicate based epoxy coating impregnating is smaller,the number of cracks is reduced,and the gel product is increased.Through the application of the project,it is found that the lithium silicate based epoxy coating has waterproof and reinforcing effect on the concrete pavement,and it is helpful to improve the durability of the concrete pavement.
