In recent years,the rapid development of real estate industry,land resources are very precious,most of the district power distribution facilities placed on the first floor of the district floor or negative floor,resulting in a variety of electrical equipment in the distribution room in the running state will produce vibration and noise Interfere with the residents of the normal rest and life.In this paper,according to the "a city-level high-grade district dry-type transformer structure noise pollution analysis and governance" project,the dry-type transformer structure vibration and noise generation causes and treatment programs for the district dry-type transformer structure noise pollution control theory Support and method guidance.Firstly,starting from the structure and working principle of the transformer,the reason of the vibration and noise of the dry-type transformer is studied,and the commonly used noise reduction method is analyzed and its analysis is optimized.Then,the acoustic parameters such as sound pressure level and sound power are expounded.The noise evaluation of frequency band and equivalent sound level is introduced.The actual environment of GB22337-2008 "social living environment noise emission" is introduced concisely.Second,the use of 1357 Tektronix hand-held noise tester on-site field measurement and analysis,the owner of the home noise is not sustained,and that when the external voltage or load three-phase imbalance,making the excitation current is not normal,two transformers The noise is significantly enhanced;the use of B&K2250 hand-held noise analyzer measurement and analysis,measured octave sound pressure level in the 31.5Hz-500Hz frequency range The vibration signal of each design point is measured and the corresponding acceleration effective value is obtained,and the spectrum analysis is made with MATLAB software.It is concluded that when two transformers are running at the same time,The vibration generated by each other,mutual superposition,and then along the building's infrastructure to the owner's home to induce structural noise;the use of acoustic interference theory analysis of the sixth floor of the owner of the low frequency noise is due to the two low-frequency noise along the building Structure upload coherent overlay formation.Finally,using the single-layer vibration isolation principle,according to the natural frequency of the transformer,the frequency of the shock absorber,and the damping ratio and frequency ratio,the transmission coefficient and the vibration isolation efficiency are obtained.It is proved that two BK-MT-2400 matrix spring shock absorber can be very effective vibration isolation.After taking the design and construction,the TD1357 Tektroners hand-held noise tester and the B&K2250 hand-held noise analyzer were used again.The noise decibel value of the owner's house was significantly decreased,and the equivalent sound level and the octave sound pressure level were successfully controlled at GB22337-2008 "social living environment noise emission standards",proved that the implementation of the project design is successful.
