Study Of Water Pollution Characteristics And Control Countermeasures Of Main Rivers In Zhaoqing Development Zone

Zhaoqing development zone is a national development zone with high-tech industry.According to the industrial park development plan,the development zone will become a national industrial ecological city with 300 thousand people in the future,so its development scale and pollution load will continue to increase.The overall topography of the development zone is pot shaped,high in the north and low in the south,and the alluvial plain in the South and the center is the junction of the Beijiang River and Suijiang.Therefore,the environmental capacity of the main rivers(such as the Dushui river and the East Drainage Channel)in the zone is limited within a certain range,close to the drinking water source protection area.In recent years,with the development of economy,the water quality of the Dushui river and the East Drainage Channel has been declining,which has been unable to meet the requirements of the regional water environment quality,and has a certain impact on the water source protection area.The quality of water environment in a region is the basis for the sustainable development in this region,how to low the production and emission of water pollutants in the development zone,enhance the water quality of the main rivers in the zone is to solve the contradiction between development and protection of water environment and the key to promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Through the comparison analysis of water quality monitoring data of the main rivers from 2012 to 2015,and the "three types of sources" emissions data of the year 2012 and 2015 in the development zone,this paper comes to the conclusion that the pollution in the river is mainly from agriculture and industry.As the main river in the development zone,the Dushui river and the East Drainage Channel accepted the pollutants from agriculture,industry and resident life.At the present stage,the sewage treatment facilities and supporting the collection pipe network construction is not completely perfect in the development zone,some industrial enterprises are not fully upgraded.As a result,some pollutants from agriculture and industry still go directly to the river,the water quality declined.In the future,with the development of rural area urbanization process and the acceleration of ecological industrial park construction,pollution load will be further aggravated.So,the development zone should implement the rigid policy of "zero emissions in industrial sewage",and enhance the sewage collection treatment in the all zone or in different industry,saving water from the source,implement strongly cleaner production and water-saving projects,increase the efficiency of water resources utilization or recycling;"river ecological engineering and landscape engineering" implement,improve the water environment of river;to carry out "breeding prohibited areas(including banning dispersive breeding)",striving for "breeding prohibited in all zone";exhaust all the strict and effective control countermeasures to prevent water pollutants going into the river.
