Research On The Predicament And Countenneasures Of Paddy Field Wetland Protection In The Yangtze River Valley

“Wetland” is the kidney of the earth.It can control flood,resist drought,supply groundwater and become carbon sink and carbon source,thus regulating climate.Paddy wetland is also a kind of artificial wetland,which has irreplaceable ecological value and economic value.People along the Yangtze River Basin after ten million years of arduous of hard work,build up a myriad of rice paddies,the rice fields throughout the Yangtze River,wetland environment also constitutes the unique rice paddies in Yangtze River basin.Unfortunately,in recent years,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the area of paddy wetland in the Yangtze River Basin has decreased very fast.How to protect the existing paddy wetland,this paper is based on the above background research on the plight of paddy wetland conservation in Yangtze River Basin,for rice paddies of the Changjiang River Wetland ecological protection countermeasures for reference.Based on the externality theory,the theory of ecological compensation,opportunity cost,as the theoretical guidance,one is the analysis of the Yangtze river basin of paddy wetland change and protection policy,reveals the status quo of the paddy wetland protection in the Yangtze River Basin;The second is to analyze the existing problems of wetland protection in paddy fields in the Yangtze River Basin.The causes of wetland conservation difficulties in paddy fields in Yangtze River Basin are analyzed.The fourth is to propose corresponding countermeasures from four aspects: legislation,ecological compensation mechanism,supervision and publicity.
